Delivery on time really pleased with that. But my love of this product is immense because it is the first food my dog has eaten that I don’t have to cover with some human food. I have been doing this for eight years.

Super Food for dogs…
Ella has formed half of Ziggy’s raw food diet since 2021 when he was 10 months old. It’s super convenient as it’s dried and easy to transport when necessary. Ziggy enjoys it and his coat is amazing. He previously had various tummy issues which disappeared when we changed his diet to Ella. Deliveries are reliable and easy to amend delivery dates if needed. We mix Ella 50/50 with another product that is frozen because the latter has more variety of tastes.The only negative with Ella is that you can’t mix foods.That aside, I would highly recommend.

Good food our Rough Collie loves it
Good food our Rough Collie loves it , and her coat has improved such a lot on this food , we give her a bit of chicken and carrot on it as well as her favourite food blueberry and raspberry and it has gone in seconds. One thing that has stopped her being sick on her other food and loose motions. Our Vet told us to change her food as he thought food was the cause and he was right Thank you James and Ella

Delivery times are very good and customer services staff are friendly and helpful! I have really struggled to find a food that my little yorkiepoo can eat without setting off his colitis so i'm very pleased to have discovered this one ( chicken)! Its a bit more expensive than other brands but worth it to get the highest quality!!

My dog loves the food
My dog loves the food. And also the treats. Delivered on time, with packaging that keeps it fresh. After getting artes with the new diet, Ziggy has improved his energy levels, and his gut health. Not to mention the team, they really care about dogs and it shows. We are very happy indeed.

Absolutely Fantastic
Absolutely Fantastic. After years of trying every kind of dog food, I finally found one that my Labrador looks forward to eating. This is a great company with lovely staff who are always super helpful and accommodating and very quick to respond. Would highly recommend.

Mungo loves it!
The product range is well explained and presented. But above all my lovely whippet, Mungo, seems to really like the combination of kibble and freeze dried raw food so fingers crossed he continues to enjoy it.But the biggest selling point of all is that you get the feeling that James is really passionate about a dogs wellbeing which is so important.

This freeze dry raw food has upset my…
This freeze dry raw food has upset my dog she’s had bloody loose stools and a gurgling stomach, it started a few days after I got this for her, the Vet said it’s the food and it probably contains parasites and bacteria. I won’t be buying anymore and I’m very worried about my poor little pet. I feel so guilty I got it for her.

We're so sorry to hear your dog has been unwell recently. Please be rest assured our Freeze-dried food must be positively released before leaving our kitchens. This means that each batch goes through rigorous batch testing in our lab to ensure safe levels of bacteria, and no traces of parasites or harmful bacteria, before it even reaches your dog's bowl.
Our Canine Nutritionist has been trying to get in touch with you to discuss what else might be causing your dog's concerning health problems, as we'd recommend you go back to your vet for a second opinion - with the reassurance that this could not have been caused by a parasite or bacteria in our food.
If there's anything we can do to help, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We hope your dog is feeling better soon!
