If i could give less than 1 I would took months for order to arrive then arrived in awful packaging and none of the colors match the photos very cheap and nasty and returns are sent bk to the cheap china factory they came from at the buyers expense lesson learned awful stay well away

This place is in China, not in the UK (as I thought). The item I ordered never arrived and I ended up having to introduce a dispute through my bank. If you’re wise enough don’t buy from this place 😬

Shoes were not suede as advertised, but cheap nasty stiff plastic.
I complained and was told I would receive a response with 24 hours. It is now four days since I heard from them.
I didn't want to leave a poor review without giving them a chance, but I'm now saying AVOID this company. Don't waste your money!

Absolute scammers, avoid this company at all costs. Coat took weeks to arrive and the quality is absolutely awful, nothing like the photo on the website. They are not a London company as their website makes you think but ship cheap poor quality clothes from China. I asked how to get a refund and was told to send them a photo of the item they had just sent me and they would review my request. I’m quite sure I won’t get my money back, and as others have said, you have the pay your own shipping costs back to China!

Can only echo the other poor reviews on here. Avoid this retailer at all costs. The coat I received was nothing like the images online, the quality is atrocious and returns are to China at the customer's cost. The website and images make it look like a premium retailer with premium products, but the reality is totally the opposite. Had an email today to say they are closing down, this can only be a good thing to protect others from this customer experience.

Do not go near this website. They are complete scammers. They are sending items that are not even remotely like what you receive and they will not give you a refund until you send it back to China. They are not in London either.

I bought a coat and when it arrived its nothing like the coat i ordered its awful

1st mistake I made was thinking this was a shop in loondon. 2nd mistake was ordering from them. This is an horrendous company they are certainly scammers.
I ordered a pair of orthopedic boots shown reduced from £100 to £30.
They took two weeks to arrive and they are cheap plastic boots with a rock hard plastic base. They have never been or could ever be classes as orthopedic.
Keep well away from this company.

Do not use this company the pictures that they use are completely inaccurate. The quality is awful and they certainly don’t come from London either this is a dodgy business!!!!

The goods are very cheaply made with cheap synthetic material and do not look like the photos.
Sizing is completely misleading.
I didn’t think I was ordering a cheap online product as my sweatshirt cost £40 what arrived was worth about a fiver. If I could ever find anyone large enough to wear it.
To return the item I now would need to pay postage back to China. I will do it because I bet they trade on the fact that no one bothers to do so.

Ordered two sweaters from this company. Like everyone else duped into thinking they were London based.
Sweaters arrived to day Absolute rubbish, Poor quality, awful material .size wrong, Not Yet another company with contacts in Cjina providing poor quality rubbish for fancy prices. Is no one going to try to stop these thieves,

The order took over 3 weeks to arrive and that was only because I chased. The garment was nothing like the item pictured on the website, they advertised satin, it was polyester and absolutely awful quality. I have asked several times on email and by phone for a return address and a refund. I'm still waiting.

RE ELLES LONDON: BEWARE - DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! It is a total scam! Website totally misleading. Products take weeks to arrive, have no label and are of a poor quality, and maximum refund offered is 30%…. Returning the goods for a full refund is at your own expense (to China, not London) and costs more than the goods themselves.

The item was advertised as 'pure wool' but it was actually 100% polyester and very bad quality! I paid £50 for the dress and the quality is shocking.

I have then been informed that I have to pay for the return which may cost just as much.

I would strongly urge you not to buy from this company.

After being disssapointed many times online by slow delivery, incorrect size charts, pictures that do not look a like. Happy I found this store living up to everything :) Will be coming back for sure!

Says its royal mail delivery on the website, but it's not, it's courier is a Chinese company. It says 5-6 business days for delivery, this is also false. Very upset that I fell for this scam.

Elles London has to be the most deceptive name for this company. My order eventually arrived literally on a slow boat from China. The fabric of the dress was cheap as were the buttons, there were no labels inside to indicate what the dress was made of nor any care instructions. It went straight into the sack for the charity shop to be honest. Just knew that returning it would be so much hassle like always with these companies based in China. Should have done my homework and read reviews before ordering!

No refund facility available. Ships to China at your expense. Quality of products is awful and cheap. Takes weeks to arrive. I was offered 30% refund because sending it back would have cost more I accepted it. So poor. Don't waste your money

My red coat I ordered from Elleslondon took ages to come. Came recently from China. Not what I paid for. Material really cheap and in a small package not much bigger than my hand. I was expecting a beautiful wool coat on a hanger from London. Can't even get a label to get a return label to get my payment back. Terrible experience and probably lost my payment.
