I never received my watch there was a big box with a white sox had with a stand what the hell was that this is nothing but a scam.

No contact when trying to arrange return for a wrong item received.

I'm over the moon received my Pandora Watch today and it's absolutely gorgeous I took a chance even after reading so bad reviews so pleased I bought it

I purchased a Pandora watch 23nd April 2024 and the inside is full of water and misted up and has stopped tho it was supposed to be waterproof. This was hand washing not worn in bath or shower. I would like to return for full refund please

Ordered a White Fox tracksuit with next day delivery in December but haven’t received it a month later, have raised a chargeback with the bank as it looks like a fraudulent website

ordered a white fox tracksuit. shipping took 3 weeks and there was no real tracking number provided.
when I received the item it was the wrong colour and size. the fabric was cheap quality.
if I could give this service 0 stars I would.
shocking service. requested a refund on the same day and still no reply. horrible scam.

Disgusting behaviour from this company! Ordered tracksuit on the 26th Dec. Tracking hasn’t been updated. No response to emails at all! Essentially stolen my money.

Ordered two tracksuits that have said due to be shipped since 30/12. Have tried contacting Elysian by email numerous times, now reply.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Shocking customer service and still no parcel received. Tracking info hasn’t updated since 30th December and no one responds to emails. Absolutely abysmal service and wish I read reviews beforehand. AVOID!!!!

I ordered at the beginning of OCTOBER 2023. It is now December 26th. I received my package and on the same day asked to return it. Clothing was cheap quality and didn’t fit. I have PAID postage to sent it back. Sent proof of postage etc. sent numerous emails asking where my refund is and they have not bothered to respond. Shocking company DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE.

Jasmin Avatar "IPA", 22oz bottle: absolutely disgusting. 9 years ago, this was good beer, with an essence of Jasmin. Now it's just a lager, which they should not be claiming is an IPA. I am going to give this to a homeless person, because I can't drink it. This was the last beer I ever buy from them.

Jeg bestilte en creme til ca 34,- og den modtog jeg ret hurtigt. Pengene blev trukket på min konto. Ca. 14 dage senere trækker firmaet uberettiget yderligere 732,- og jeg ser mig nødsaget til, at spærre mit kort. Har kontaktet firmaet, men har fortsat ikke fået mine penge tilbage.

Stay away from this product! It does not have any effect - the video has no relation to the ingredients in the products as far as I can tell, and the dramatic effect seen there is not what you get.
I ordered a trial set, and got scammed out of 209,90 USD in addition. They claim that I signed up for a monthly delivery, but I have seen no such thing, it must have been well hidden. You receive a package with no contact information or description on how to cancel the order. The website contact information has fake telephone numbers - at least the scandinavian ones - and their "award winning customer service" does not answer. I am afraid it will be difficult to stop - they have my card information :-/
AND: They also sell your address to dodgy partners, and the scam mails will start pouring in.

Received a fake product. Raised the matter and chased twice but had no feedback in 10 days (except the auto email to acknowledge receipt).

Very disappointed with the service, lack of interest in owning the complaint and will now also be referring to trading standards and credit card issuer.
