That you for my recent purchase I found your website on the internet even though I had never heard of it I was still trusting enough to buy from the store and the parcel came really fast in time for when I needed it, the courier was lovely very friendly and polite , I was overall shocked and very happy with the product as I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was it was a gift and the receiver loved it so thankyou again I will defiantly recommend x

Efter at have skrevet dette fik firmaet det slettet, da de påstod jeg ikke havde handlet hos dem. Sendte min dokumentation til Trustpilot, som så satte det på igen

Mistaken identity
I put Jo Malone Lime Basil & Mandarin into the search engine and this perfume came up third on the page. I assumed that the numbers 154 were some kind of order code and not the name of the perfume ( I'd never heard of it!) imagine my disappointment when a completely different product arrived in the post.
I realised it was my mistake so I didn't send it back, but I don't understand why this was offered when my search criteria were very clear.

When you typed in Jo Malone Lime Basil & Mandarin our search engine showed you results of what we had in stock of that particular brand.
This is how most search engines work online.
We did send you the item that was chosen on the order.
When you received the item you could have contacted us (Tel: 020 8850 9911 or send us an email to support@elysian.co.uk) and we would have been more that happy for you to return the unwanted item for a full refund as long as it had not been opened/tested.

My first order ...
My perfume arrived within 2 days of ordering and I was really impressed with that in itself. Scent wise there was many to choose from. Website was really easy to follow, I would definitely use Elysian again .. well done folks!
