The recent batches have been really great, nice large pieces and fewer crumbs in the bottom of the packet. Hard to limit myself though!

I didnt like the spice mix, but understand thats very subjective

Bought it, steak slices. Ate it in the parking lot, geat taste and texture. Went back to buy another package. Thank you for producing this product. I'm hooked.

Excellent quality product: flavoursome beef with perfect moisture content-dryness. I grew up in South Africa, and biltong is in our very fabric! These guys have done a fantastic job of creating a superb product, despite not having the benefit of the hot African winds. Highly-recommended. The chilli one is my favourite, and packs a great punch of heat.

I bought the Garlic and Rosemary, really tasty and a great snack! It just gets pipped by another brand I buy hence the 4 stars not 5, would definitely buy Ember again though.

Original flavour, nice texture but just an overpowering taste of cloves and nothing else, i love biltong but sadly this brand is not for me

Really good beef cuts, so a tender dry meat experience. Looking forward to new flavours.

Placed an order a week ago, made an order and paid for express delivery, got a tracking number from royal mail the same day, all good so I thought.
We are now a week on from my order but no delivery and no change in tracking from royal mail. Emailed ember to ask, told they would look into it. Messaged royal mail who say they’ve never received the package to deliver. So i’m here biltongless and £40 out of pocket. I always buy British where possible but this will be a company i’ll never order from again. Order no 7265

I am a big fan of Ember's Biltong Beef, and I just ordered their steak slices. I haven't eat this product yet, but I believe that it will taste even better than the Biltongs.

A fantastic product that has a great taste, optimum nutrition if you want a high protein low carb snack and a brilliant ethos behind the brand. 100% recommend.

I have to say, I've slowly started buying my products from the supplier/maker/manufacturer direct, the process was very easy, the packaging was brilliant and delivery fast. I have to say, the Biltong is absolutely out of this world, I've often gone for Jerky as usually Biltong is a bit fatty but these are cut so fine, so flavoursome and just great value for money.

Great tasting biltong. Shame the rosemary and garlic had sold out when I ordered. Also a tad expensive compared to others.

Very tasty snack bags of biltong and very thinly sliced so very easy to chew through. Bought when there was an offer making it exceptionally good value for what you receive!
