The company has no control of the quality and capability of the cleaners. Our allocated cleaner did almost nothing during his 3h at the property. Upon return we even found the floors in a worse condit... Voir plus

The cleaners themselves are great, but this company is awful. Their app doesn't work, they are constantly making booking mistakes and mistakes with money (including double charging me and then I had to argue to get refunded). Every single month I've used them I've had some problem. I am absolutely done with them. They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. You can find cleaners that are just as good with other companies.

This app is complete crap. I can't even register because my address isn't on the list and there's no option to enter it manually. It's hopeless!!! What a waste of time! Cancelled my booking last minute, tried to get in contact to confirm that my rebooking would go through, called and messaged and received no response. I'm not sure they're still operating.
But the rebooked price was higher than the initial booking, and now it's too late to get a replacement company and I'm starting to get alarmed. This is all with the “priority package” by the way.
Update: I finally got through to an advisor who'd said they were trying.
The booking then got canceled 15 minutes later.

I had an appalling and unprofessional customer service experience with eMop.
I booked and paid for a full house clean with a clear list of rooms and tasks (kitchen, bathroom, office etc...) and what followed was a complete failure on every level - poor cleaning, missing services, errors and endless excuses.
After the cleaner was finished the job it was clear that many areas had been left untouched and those that were supposedly cleaned were still not even cleaned to basic standards e.g. furniture not wiped, floors not mopped, dust left behind. I tried to work this out with the cleaner first and he showed me that his app had different info to what I had booked. As this was an error on eMop's side, I thought that it would be fine to sort it out through their guarantee.........
When I contacted eMop and provided photos and detailed explanations of what happened they repeatedly contradicted themselves, shifted blame between the cleaner and the customer and failed to honour their own "reclean guarantee".
Despite acknowledging in writing that the work was not up to their standards and the full scope of services was not complete, they then tried to offer a partial refund that was nowhere close to the full refund for services that were not provided. When following up after this they then ignored my emails completely sending a generic email that they are "reviewing the feedback".
The lack of accountability and basic professionalism from this company is honestly a disgrace. Save yourself the time, money and stress. I regret ever booking with them.

Edit after emop response: I have sent 2 emails regarding this but no response- responding to say that you dont identify customer after full payments is not right.
Original review: First there was a mess up of my booking which left me with unnecessary stress and delay - once it was eventually resolved. As for the clean- even after booking end of tenancy clean for total of around 20 hrs with all add ons like outdoor clean and carpet deep clean with priority package - which is supposed to give a 5* clean, the clean quality was highly disappointing. The cleaners did not even have the right tools to complete the job even after descriptions and did more of a regular clean and not end of tenancy clean. Regarding appliances, cobwebs, cabinets, windows and blinds, extractor fans - not even 50% of these were cleaned- and all this when we were there checking half the time. They offered additional 4 hrs clean after complaint and yet it did not leave us with a clean place. This is highly unacceptable when booking a deep clean, writing this review so others don't have to go through this.
