Brandon and Hollie with EMS Alarm Sytems are fantastic to work with. I had a situation that needed immediate attention, and that's what I got. We had never met, but you would think we were old friends - that's how this team operates. They are responsive, communicate quickly, and very professional. Brandon came to the house as soon as we signed up to service the system even though it wasn't required, he went above and beyond. I've always worked with the big "corporate companies", but I'm very happy I found this team for this home in Hazel Green. Highly recommended!!
