Denzel what a pleasant man. I was so worried. The only other way to my bedroom is up a very steep narrow staircase.
Denzel arrived with is tools and his knowledge and repaired my lovely 17 year old lift. I am in heaven. I can now put all my ironing away.

Warren was at my house this morning to tidy the stairlift cables . What an amazing job he made. He was not only very polite and friendly but very knowledgeable in his work . An asset to Ems lift company . 10/10. Thank you Warren and Ems stairlifts.

Denzel quickly found the cause of the problem, replaced the batteries and showed me how the lift should be used. At all times he was polite and cheerful.

Warren was brilliant, knew his job with electrics and a new socket installed with minimum fuss. Cleaned up and tidied after the work was done and it was completed quickly. Really happy to leave this positive review for the cheery chap! Thank you!

We had a few issues with the stair lift. We had a very polite knowledgeable man named Steve come to see us. He diagnosed and repaired the problems in a short space of time and left us feeling confident that the lift would continue to work as it should. Many thanks, we just can't say it enough.

EMS lifts and in all their staff were fantastic to deal with from day one. Nothing was too much trouble. Measurements and fitting were quickly and efficiently done.
The stair lift supplied fits my needs perfectly.

Early this year, I acquired a platform lift from EMS. It's a complicated mechanism with a lot of things that can go wrong if it is not perfectly installed. Unfortunately the location in which it needed to be installed was far from perfect itself, and in the weeks and months which followed quite a lot of things did go wrong. What has impressed me, however, is the patience, speed and enthusiasm with which EMS (both engineers and the office team) addressed each problem as it arose, sending people round with as little delay as possible - after dark, at weekends, in the pouring rain. And I'm happy to report that it now seems to be working perfectly, just in time for the next heat wave!

My mum purchased a stairlift from EMS, and we even visited their showroom to make sure she was comfortable with everything. The advice and communication we received were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, supportive, and truly went the extra mile to ensure my mum was happy with her choice. Highly recommended!

This company has been a problem since day one of the stair lift being fitted. Hell, they even put the stair lift on the wrong side of the stair case at first. While it's on the correct side now, it breaks down at least twice a month and the arm rests are completely breaking away from normal usage.
My mother (who uses the stair lift) phoned the company this morning to request an engineer and was met by the most rude individual who accused her of purposefully breaking it and simply doubled down and continued to argue when my mother insisted the issues aren't from misuse. This has deeply effected her; this world is already exceptionally cruel and willfully ignorant to disabled people without businesses FOR disabled people treating them like dirt.
To top everything off, the engineer that came out to attend to the stair lift informed us that the awful treatment is due to us living in a working class and poverty stricken town (I'm not gonna state which exactly for privacy sake). He claimed that other people that live here cause a lot of "trouble." So not only has this company been ableist, but they're bloody classist as well. Even if you ignore the classism, NO ONE who is disabled enough to have a stair lift in the first place is going to purposefully break it? That's absolutely insane. You would have people stuck upstairs or downstairs constantly. It makes absolutely no sense.

Get better staff and better products. Don't blame US for your cheap and crappy products. I am absolutely and utterly disgusted.

Really nice people to do business with. From the people at the showroom, to the estimator/measurer, the accounts department, customer service and the installer, everyone was so pleasant and easy to deal with. The price was fair, and there was no pressure to make a decision, and no feeling that you had dealt with a slimy salesman. The stairlift itself is working perfectly -- and it wasn't an easy one to install, with all the turns needed to make it work. Jordan the installer took the time after a difficult day to check what furniture he could move back into place for me. Cannot think of anything that could be improved. Highly recommend.

We had a stair lift fitted last week for my mum, the whole experience from the first phone call to fitting went very smoothly and all the staff were very friendly and efficient, my mum is very happy with her new stair lift.
I would recommend EMS, also nice to use a local company.
