We found England Property Survey on a comparison site we opted for the level 3 building report taking into account the age of the property we opted for the drone survey which provided detailed photographs of the condition of the roof and chimneys which would have been missed with just a standard inspection we would definitely recommend this. The house we are buying is mid 19th century so were advised to go for a level 3 survey. We also opted to pay extra for the drone survey as parts of the roof were not accessible from street level. The survey Joe compiled was extremely detailed and ran to 121 pages! It was logically laid out and the pictures in particular were very clear. We are glad we opted for the higher level of survey for the host of extra detail and information that was provided. Would certainly be happy to use this company again.

We are buying an older property, Barn built in 1788, so was advised to consider a RICS level 3 survey. I wanted to use a local company rather than national company, so opted for England. They were reasonably priced, not the cheapest, (but do you want the cheapest for something like this?) but certainly not the most expensive. They were efficient from point of booking, they had arranged the visit within an hour, attended as booked and reported back with a telephone conversation prior to receiving the report, the whole process took 4 days from booking. Thankfully, nothing major, I paid extra for the cost of repairs element to be included in the report, which was clear and comprehensive. The report gave me strength to my arm to negotiate a reduction in price which made it worthwhile.

We're especially glad we opted for the drone survey, which provided valuable insights into the condition of the roof and chimneys - details that would likely have been missed with a standard visual inspection. Would highly recommend. We had a level 3 survey completed on a property and because of the comprehensive report, we were able to make an informed decision about pulling out of the purchase. Due to the level of service we received the first time round, we instructed EPS to complete a level 2 survey on another property.

I got the level 3 building survey by Ben and his in depth survey stopped me from purchasing a house that would have taken ALOT of my money. Problems with the roof and chimney - two big expensive costs. I will be using this company again once I find another house! I also got my report the next day! Highly recommend.

We asked this company to provide a level 3 survey on a property. We had an incredibly comprehensive report with us within 3 working days of the completion of the on site survey, with excellent detail and clear pictures of the findings.
