Hi, if you are a first time buyer or not , I will recommend this company to you. The report was good. The pictures were clear. I also received a call after the survey and some recommendations.
I will deffo recommend it to my friends.
My all phone calls and emails were answered in a very timely manner.

England Property Services provided a competitive quote for a level 3 survey of a residential property. The instruction was managed via a portal and specific requirements were dealt with easily by email and phone. The survey was carried out within a few days of first contacting the firm and the report was available the following day. Also Joe phoned before finalising the report to discuss his main findings. We were impressed with the firm and would have no hesitation in recommending them
