Excellent. Super accommodating. They picked me up from Alnwick railway station at 11:30pm when no other taxi company would do. They even accommodated by late running train.

Kingstanding cars taxi i used.The driver was great but the cost for such a short journey at £17.70 from great Barr to kingstanding not having time to get another company will definitely not use again if I could put a screen shot or photo I would to prove it booking payment had to be done over separate app yes I know I paid but in an emergency to get somewhere you do just shocked at price kingstandi

Good Service
The taxi was early which is the most important thing, journey was good, driver was friendly and got me safely to my destination.
Only complication was that I booked via the website and then changed the pick up time to 14:15, the website displayed the change in an odd format and got the hour wrong it came out as 13:15:00:00:00TZ, this confused everyone as they thought it was 15:00.
The website needs fixing to just display time in a standard HH:MM format.

Wouldn’t recommend this service. Didn’t receive the return journey we paid for and wasn’t able to make contact when the return journey didn’t show up. This company owes me £25.00 for a return cab journey i didn’t receive.
