Excellent. Super accommodating. They picked me up from Alnwick railway station at 11:30pm when no other taxi company would do. They even accommodated by late running train.

Online booking didn't work but driver great
Online booking not easy as couldn't get credit card payment accepted but quite straightforward on telephone and got the 25% discount.
However driver was on time, very courteous and pleasant to talk to on the short journey so 5 stars to him thanks.

Cashing in on the tube strikes??
I called this company to book a taxi for a 0.5 - 1 mile drive at 1.30pm today due to running late. The Lady on the phone asked for a payment in advance so I queried how much it would cost guessing that it wouldn't cost more than £10 and she confirmed it would cost £17. I was so shocked I had to ask her to repeat the cost! I said not too worry, I'll walk the 10-15 minutes instead and she hung up on the phone. I Called an Uber and paid £7 instead. I'm not sure if they are cashing in on the underground strikes or if this is their usual charges. I walked back from silver street to Enfield chase in 10 minutes so crazy extauntate prices
