Enterprise Avis 

Acabo de estar en enterprise de Castellón (estación de trenes) he venido desde 80km porque la chica de oficina( blanca) me a dicho que me hacía un alquiler con la tarjeta de débito, mi sorpresa es que al llegar me dice que no y se desentiende de lo dicho por teléfono, muy mal trato por parte de ella, muy mala gestión.

Having had a few bad experiences with car hire companies from Alicante Airport, so I wasn´t looking forward to picking up a van and scheduled in extra time. However, it was an excellent expereince. On picking up the van, the staff were really helpful, polite and indeed charming. There was an issue with the van key and they upgraded us to another van within a minute and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Returning the van there were a different set of staff and they were equally helpful, polite and charming. All in all a really good experience that far exceeded my expectations. If I was to hire another car or van, I will definately be using Enterprise. One important thing to note is that I booked directly through their website and took out the excess insurance with them. In my experience this made everything so much easier.

De vergüenza poner un Fiat Picanto para un viaje Vigo Madrid

Pésimo servicio y engaño con la categoría del coche. Reservé y pagué un vehículo de categoría superior y, al llegar a la oficina de Tomares, me entregaron un coche de categoría inferior (downgrade) alegando falta de disponibilidad.En lugar de cumplir con la normativa y darme un coche mejor o compensarme, me dieron uno peor cobrándome el precio del caro. Es un claro incumplimiento de contrato. Ya he solicitado la hoja de reclamaciones oficial y la diferencia de precio. No recomiendo alquilar aquí si buscas fiabilidad en tu reserva.

Una experiencia absolutamente lamentable con Enterprise Teruel.

Reservamos y pagamos por adelantado dos sillas infantiles, pero al recoger el coche no había ninguna disponible, a pesar de que habíamos llamado esa misma mañana para confirmar que todo estaba preparado. Nos vimos obligados a comprar dos sillas por nuestra cuenta por 130 €.

Presentamos una reclamación el 25 de julio. Al no recibir ninguna respuesta, el 30 de julio llamamos a Enterprise España y conseguimos que la reclamación fuera escalada al “segundo nivel de queja”. Nos aseguraron que recibiríamos una respuesta en un plazo de cinco días laborables.

Hoy, 21 de agosto, seguimos sin haber recibido absolutamente ninguna respuesta.

Finalmente, Mastercard nos devolvió el dinero mediante una disputa. Sin la intervención de Mastercard, nos habríamos quedado completamente desamparados.

Una atención al cliente y una gestión de reclamaciones inaceptables. No volveremos a utilizar Enterprise.

I had a very positive experience with Enterprise Almeria Ciudad. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also speak English which was helpful for me. Pickup and drop off were both quick and easy and I experienced no difficulties. I paid online and did the online check in which made everything very smooth. I also got my own personal insurance which was received fine and it was easy to process. I would definitely recommend here if you were planning to rent a car in Almeria.

No se merecen una estrella. Como todos, hemos alquilado un coche para 2 días pero no tenían coche. La única solución je nos propusieron era de espera el fin del día. Esta empresa es una vergüenza

This company failed at every conceivable point. Despite booking and paying an additional fee for airport pickup, no car was available at the airport. Even when arriving at their city office, the car I booked was not available. When the vehicle was damaged in an accident, the recovery service never came. So I drove the damaged car back to the office to find that although my contract excess was €1500, which was also stated the damage assessment, they took €2000 from my card, stating that they were breaking the contract because a member of staff had made a mistake on it. Avoid at all costs.

The only company in the EU that hasn't ripped me off even once and actually treats me right.

Enterprise and Alamo are consistently communicative, competitively priced and always give you a surprisingly good car.

Booked a Ford Puma and got a brand new Mercedes GLA at Palma Airport. Special thanks to Elias, Adel and Peter for a lovely experience.

Beware - I have been charged £1300 for non-existent damages for a van rental in Cádiz Zona Franca Enterprise Spain. The company will not answer my calls and there is no email to write to. I am now struggling yo claim this back from them. The staff were friendly when collecting the vehicle and it was a key drop box return. Do not use this company unless you want to risk being treated the same way.

Enterprise Joaquín Sorolla Valencia. No me entregaron el coche porque teníamos un DNI italiano digital y no en formato físico. Insistían en que fuera físico, pero no aparece así en su largo listado de reglas. Quiero destacar la mal educación de la empleada argentina. Desconozco su nombre y siento dirigirme a ella por su nacionalidad. Le vendría bien un curso de atención al cliente. Un saludo y hasta nunca.

Rented the car a while ago. Was never informed that recently they require an international driver's license. Have been to Spain many times previously. They would not rent me a car. Was even able to get an electronic international driver's permit, but they said they needed a paper one. Every other rental agency, Hertz, Avis, Gold etc was fine. Ended up renting a car from Gold car rental

Aviso a quien alquile en enterprise Cádiz, revisar y grabar bien todo, sobre todo las ruedas, os cobran un seguro para cubrir todo y luego resulta que no cubre las ruedas y casualmente siempre encuentran un daño en alguna rueda y potopom 700 euros por alquilar un furgoneta tres días, así que grabarlo todo

Enterprise Sant Boi - Barcelona - COBRO DOBLE SIN DEVOLUCIÓN

Alquilé una furgoneta en Enterprise Sant Boi (Carrer de Murcia, 52) el 23/07/2026, contrato 4BNSJQ, factura 400016391952, importe 368,15€.

Mi tarjeta registró DOS cargos de 368,15€ por la misma operación: uno el 27/07 y otro el 31/07.

Contacté con el Contact Centre (resccenter) y con la oficina (David García). Ambos me responden que en su sistema de reservas solo aparece un cargo, pero un sistema de reservas no es lo mismo que la cuenta bancaria receptora: el dinero de los dos cargos ha entrado igualmente.

Llevo más de una semana reclamando por email con documentación adjunta (justificantes bancarios y facturas) sin que se haya resuelto la devolución.

Valoro el vehículo, pero el proceso de facturación y atención a la reclamación ha sido deficiente, por llamarlo de alguna manera.

Interprise de Teruel mienten y estafan. Cobran más servicios de alquiler del necesito y no reflejan el combustible correcto sito en el coche a alquilar.
Muy mal esa delegación

I got a very dirty car in Valencia (railway station).
The car was very damaged outside (so it means they charged previous driver for damage and did not repair)
Cartagena office was nice to check and appologized for a dirt at pick up point

Paid a 500 Euros security deposit and then got gaslit into thinking it was a 200 euros deposit.

Now they’re ignoring me and telling me to go through another branch.

Absolute crooks

Tengo experiencia en alquiler de vehículos y por fin he encontrado una empresa a la que acudo confiada. Encuentro vehículos nuevos, incluso mejorados a la entrega con respecto al momento de la reserva y con algo que valoro especialmente, una atención muy profesional y eficiente del personal que atiende la oficina.

Inmejorable atencion. Personal, muy atenta, y muy profesional.
La furgoneta alquilada perfecta. Casi nueva. La entrega; incluso antes de la hora acordada, perfecta. La devolucion en otra ciudad, perfecta. Y la devolucion de la fianza, segun lo acordado a las 72h laborales.
Magnífico trato y disponibilidad humana. OFICINA ALiCANTE ESTACION TREN.

I strongly advise anyone considering renting from this company to think twice.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. After returning the vehicle, I was held responsible for damage that I firmly dispute. I have provided timestamped photographs, detailed timelines, and all the evidence available to demonstrate my position. In contrast, I repeatedly asked the company to provide objective evidence proving that the damage occurred while the vehicle was in my possession, but no such evidence was provided.

Instead of conducting what I believe to be a fair and transparent investigation, my claim was rejected without addressing the key points I raised or supplying the documentation I requested.

As a customer, I expected a professional review based on facts, not assumptions. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

If you rent from this company, I strongly recommend:

* Take high-resolution photos and videos of every panel, wheel, and window before leaving the parking area.
* Repeat the same process immediately before returning the vehicle.
* Keep all timestamps, GPS records, and any other documentation.
* Never assume that your evidence will be enough unless every detail is documented.

I sincerely hope no other customer has to go through what I have experienced. Until this matter is resolved fairly and transparently, I cannot recommend this company. There are many other rental companies that value evidence, transparency, and customer trust far more than what I experienced here.
