Only 1 small problem I was left on hold for 15 plus minutes to discuss my renewal. It would have been better to request a callback. Once I got through, lovely staff, professional service.

Very helpful advisors and competitive price, this is the fourth year I have insured my horse box with them.

I often forget when my insurance is…
I often forget when my insurance is due, but on this year has a timely reminder by email.
I had the option to renew online which looked simple to do. I needed to make a slight change to rang up, spoke with an operator who was helpful and friendly. Even txt me the recovery number to put in my phone.
Really plz with Equesure I have renewed my policy for a competitive price and no hassle
