Ordered from Australia. Ferghal texted me soon after to advise me of a bit that was out of stock. He was fantastic at keeping me updated on the order and I received my items within a couple of days of the bit coming into stock. I’m very impressed by the service which gave me such peace of mind despite ordering from the other side of the world! Equijumpltd has some amazing pieces we don’t have in Australia so it may be come a regular store for me for such items going forward. I’ve already ordered another piece! 10/10 recommend.

Obsessed with Equijump Ltd! They’re the best
My experience with Equijump was incredible. I ordered online and am located in the US. I was incredibly impressed with not only how fast the shipping was (it made it to me in less than a week! Maybe 4 or 5 days?) but also how wonderful their customer service was. I had a small issue and reached out to them, to which Fearghal responded immediately and rectified the issue with ease and kindness. In the era of online shopping and big box stores, it’s so nice to have the experience of working with a small business tack shop that actually cares about their customers. For US shoppers, I recommend doing what I did for my second order which is ordering everything you want at once, as the shipping is flat rate, so that made it even more cost effective and saved me significant money compared to buying European brands in the US. Also who doesn’t love the satisfaction of a hefty tack haul?! My goodies came in a Equijump LTD tote bag that I will be wearing with pride at shows, happy to tell others about how great they are! I will definitely be purchasing from them again and cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you Fearghal!!
