Prompt support. Needed correct video to fit the ear cups, and link was sent through straightaway. Call for support lodged via their website at 12:34 and issue resolved at 1:49! Super-duper impressed. and a perfect product that I was after.

Excellent service. Ordered a new strap for my Garmin 8:30pm on Thursday. Realised I had ordered a large and needed a small. Emailed at 9:30 pm asking if the order could be changed…1:30am Friday morning I get an email confirming they have updated the order and are shipping a small. Friday 10:45 the order is shipped!
The strap arrived and it’s almost impossible to tell it from the original Garmin supplied with the watch! Just a great purchasing experience.

They were quick to process my order and made the process easy to follow. it was dispatched same day so there was no waiting for something to arrive from overseas. They were quick to sort out the cause of non-delivery which was due to me not providing my full delivery address and I received it without further delay.
So full marks to Equipo . I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I realised late on Sunday night that I had left my phone charging cable two hours drive away. I made an online purchase of a new cable, and by first thing Monday morning it had been packaged up and was on its way to me. It duly arrived the very next morning. Pretty gutted I am writing this review… I have ordered from equipo before and had no issues. But this time round nearly a month went by before I emailed them to check in on my order to be told that there was a mistake on their end where the order didn’t go through and they are out of stock of one item and that would take 1-2weeks to get new stock and ship out…. I gave it a month and still nothing. Not impressed at all, especially they customer service attitude I’m getting of ‘oh, well’

My watch band keeper broke, so I set out to find a replacement and discovered Equipo. I’m so glad I did! As a watch enthusiast, I’ve shopped at various physical and online stores around the world, but many either lack the products I need or offer poor quality.

After placing my order, I was impressed by the speedy delivery—just a day or two! The quality of the products is outstanding. I also ordered an Ultrafit Strap and a new charger, both of which exceeded my expectations.

I can't recommend Equipo highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Awesome speedy delivery and the strap is perfect. It's a little tougher stronger feeling plastic /material , colour is awesome and a nice price. I will be purchasing again for sure , maybe get a special Xmas strap or one for best.

I purchased a watch strap for my nephew for his birthday, and had it sent direct. Unfortunately the wrong colour strap was picked (and I chose the wrong fitbit product). When I contacted Equippo not only did they reply back extremely quickly but they were so friendly and helpful in getting a replacement band (correct colour and product) sent out and are sending out a bag for the incorrect item to be returned.
I have a garmin watch myself and although I hadn't been intending to buy a replacement band for myself, I probably will as it was just so easy!

Equipo is always helpful and the products all always delivered quickly.
I have bought several of the Apple Watch straps over the years and if ever there was a problem (which was highly unusual!) it was always fixed very quickly. A very friendly company that I highly recommend.
