Excellent explanation of my condition and fantastic advice on how to deal with it.

I just wanted to feedback on the fantastic service we received from Jo this morning. Jo had a lovely manner with my daughter and explained everything to us clearly about what we would need to do to try and resolve a longstanding problem with any charge to us. We really appreciate your time and expertise today ( especially when we were late as we couldn't park) and would definitely recommend your company, particularly Jo to any new customers.

Took great pains on my bad ear. ( large Mastoid cavity ) a lot of inbedded wax. Got it all out.

Easy to make appt. During appointment every thing was explained clearly together with live pictures available before and after.
when I paid I was advised that next appointment would be undertaken at at a discount.

My ears were impacted with wax, I have used this company before so was very satisfied to use them again. Ears now clear, staff polite & efficient.

The people are very polite and friendly. They all know what they are doing in their respective jobs.

Very accommodating when I arrived in person with an ear infection. I was seen more or less straight away as an emergency, the infection was confirmed and the clinic emailed a letter to my GP surgery within the hour to speed up a prescription. Thank you!!

Professional service received and ears completely cleared. Would have no hesitation in recommending the service.

My mum had micro suction for her ears, Mitch was so good he explained and removed wax from her ears helping her to hear better, very genuine, highly recommend. He also checked my aunts ears and gave her good advice

Although my troublesome ear is not 100% clear it is a whole lot better.
I’ve decided to revisit in a few months to have a similar treatment

Great service, they managed to squeeze me in between clients as I was really suffering. Within 20mins of walking in I was out and my ear issue resolved. Huge relief and very grateful.
