We didn’t really know what to expect but the advisor Gian Gill was so knowledgeable, explained everything in detail & ensured we understood the information. Stop replying after payment
Initially they were very helpful. Quick to respond. Initial meeting and follow up was also speedy we paid ( a very high amount because we also needed trusts setting up) and then it all went quiet. We completed the draft mirror wills 31st August. I sent 2 chaser emails asking for an update to the “case handler” and received nothing back. Rang today after being on hold for 20 minutes I was told the Wills are being printed today and will be in the post tomorrow. When I asked why it’s taken over 4 weeks to get them they couldn’t answer and why I didn’t get a reply from the case handler also couldn’t answer. I am not confident we will receive these wills and worry we have wasted over £800!

Updating our will
It was time for us to update our will as we did ours around 25 years ago. A lot has changed since then and wanted to make sure we had the right information and to ease tension for our family once we are gone. We spoke to Sheila Henderson who is extremely professional and knowledgeable in wills and estate planning. All the information was presented to us and explained thoroughly. We are very happy with the services provided to us . I would definitely recommend Co-operative legal services family and friends. Once again thank you for all your help Sheila .
