The Co-op legal services is one I chose…
The Co-op legal services is one I chose because we used the Co-op for our parents funeral.
It has been a long process of communication back and forth involving many documents, certificates and phone calls. For us, because of the amount of changes in staff we did not fully engage with the difficult legal procedure until Lucia Watson took over the probate correspondence for us.
Lucia has been articulate and focused and constantly available for myself and my brother and has done a really good job in making the process easier for us to understand.

I would thoroughly recommend Co-op Legal, especially my case handler Louise Parr.
Louise was fantastic from start to finish. She was both professional and personable, explaining everything in a straightforward manner. She was extremely responsive and always willing to support and assist during the difficult time of losing a loved one. There were complications that arose from the family side but Louise took them in her stride and we are very grateful for the service received.
