I had a session today with Silvie Mazacova regarding my will. She went through and explained the whole process in an easy to understand language and covered every aspect so much so that I had no questions at the end. She could have not been more helpful. I will certainly recommend her to any family or friends.

Simple and professional service
TM was very friendly and knowledgeable. Making a will is difficult as we never want to think about needing one but TM made it simple. The service was very swift and easy too.

My experience with Co-op Probate…
My experience with Co-op Probate Services has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them.
They were very quick to get the contract signed and take on the work, but after that, everything seemed to move incredibly slowly. The communication was very poor throughout. Phone calls were not returned, emails went unanswered, and I constantly had to chase them for updates.
There were also issues with incorrect paperwork, and when I had questions, I often couldn’t get clear answers. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving problems, it felt like I was constantly being passed from one person or department to another.
The length of time they took to deal with matters was extremely frustrating and, in my experience, completely disproportionate to what should have been a professional service. I spent far too much time chasing them for something I had already paid for.
Overall, it was a stressful, drawn-out and frustrating experience. Very quick when it came to getting the contract signed, but painfully slow when it came to actually doing the work.
A huge waste of time and a very disappointing level of customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Co-op Probate Services.

During this extremely difficult time this service has been very informative, sympathetic,reassuring and professional.
