Why hasn't this business been shut down…

Why hasn't this business been shut down yet? Complaint after complaint and yet it still manages to rip people off. I wish I'd thought of looking here first, rookie error on my behalf. They will lie, delay and lie again before ceasing all correspondence to prevent you from receiving your goods and/or getting a refund. I'm not sure if Kimberly is real, but if she is, she should be ashamed. Without doubt, the worst online purchase experience in my life. They should be avoided at all costs, by everyone.

Sadly

Sadly, just like everyone else, We ordered five weeks ago and nothing has come. We have reached out to inquire about our shipping and tracking Via email And have received no response. I can’t believe we didn’t check here first. When we ordered, PayPal was the only option and I thought that was interesting but showed my husband who basically doesn’t trust anything and he thought it seemed OK. Such a bummer, what is the matter with people?

Beware

Beware. Best avoided. I ordered some dog beds and was told that my order was being prepared. I didn't hear anything else and decided to cancel the order. I was told that I would get a refund in 5 days. Nothing was received. I contacted them again and didn't get a response. Luckily I bought on a credit card.

I think this is a scam company

Like others have said - no delivery and no communication. I placed an order over a month ago and have had no updates since the confirmation of my order. I've chased them up twice and had no response.

No delivery and no response.

Made an order before Christmas, chased numerous times and heard nothing. I would strongly urge anyone to find another supplier for any products. In case Estilo would like to respond, the order number was 33635. Total failure!

Fraudulent company

This company stole my money! I placed an order in November 2024. The item never arrived. The company does not respond to messages. They provided a fake tracking number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

No delivey and no refund

Ordered in November 2024, product never shipped or delivered. Contacted Estilo Living on several platforms, eventually they confirmed we would receive a refund on 23 Jan 25 - refund never issued, they have stopped replying or communicating to me. Lodged a claim for fraud. Don't waste your money as they will just steel it. Reported to ACCC.

No delivery and no refund

I placed an order for 2 lights back in December 2024 nearly $400 and the shipping status shows not ordered.
I have tried contacting this company several times and they won't respond.
I will continue to pursue for a refund and I'm making a complaint to the ACCC to have this business and website investigated and shut down!

Same as everyone else. Scam company. Ordered mid November, no product has arrived and they don’t answer emails. No phone number is available which says it all. Have lodged dispute with credit card company

No delivery! Scam!

Placed an order in December with a lead time of 2 weeks, chased in January with a reply mentioning the parcel went missing.
Since then no reply to the numerous emails and no mention of a refund.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. A mirror purchased in September has never arrived. The first one got ‘lost’ in transit, this have never happened to me with a couriered package before. This followed with reassurances that another one would be sent when they received new stock. The mirror is still on sale on their website. I am still getting the occasional ‘it’s ready for shipping’ email but then no tracking number no promise of a 10% refund nothing. The company also does not seem to be registered in Australia even though they have an ‘office’ there. Stay away from this site.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. I ordered something and was sent confirmation but then heard nothing re shipping. Emailed a couple of weeks later and was told it was in transit and given a tracking number. The tracking number did not work so I queried where my order was and was then told it had been lost. They said I could wait a few weeks for it to come back in stock and be sent again or get refunded. Requested the refund, they then tried to bribe me to continue waiting with 10% refund, said no I wanted a full refund so they told me it would be in my bank in 3-5 business days. 2 weeks after those 5 days and I still don't have my refund. Placed the original order mid Nov, its now mid Feb and I have no item or refund in sight. Avoid this site like the plague.

SCAM< SCAM, SCAM

Ordered last November, still no product. If they reply to your email, they ask a question that needs to be answered but your reply goes to the bottom of the queue again. This way they can keep the scam going as long as possible. Supposedly, my ordered was lost in shipping. In reality it was never sent. Also if oyu send an email from the same email address, 2 weeks apart, supposedly both go to the bottom of the queue again. In other words from the moment you order - you have given oyur hard earned away to the scam company.
Am surprised the authorities in Australia allow them to keep a trading address here.

This company is a scam. Regrettably I didn’t check reviews before making a purchase online a few months ago. My item never arrived, my emails asking for a refund have been ignored and it feels hopeless trying to get my money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Scammers

Placed an order for a mirror, it never arrived, got an email offering me 10% off, I said no . Said they would refund in 3-5 working days. Never received anything.
