Order never arrived, avoid this company

Ordered a make up mirror early December 2024 as a Xmas gift. Received tracking 20/12 but it hasn’t moved, indicating to me that it’s never been shipped. I’ve emailed x6 times with only one reply back in mid December, the rest of my emails have been ignored. Avoid at all costs. My product is obviously not coming. Scam!

Scam

Scam. Ordered some wall lights, took a month to get a shipping notification. Another 2 months waiting for the item before we gave up and requested a refund via PayPal. The company responded to 2 initial emails (with fluffy nonsense) and then went cold when we requested a refund through them.

30 days and no shipping or order confirmation...

I've been waiting a month to get an update on an order I placed on Jan 2. I understand there can be delays but I have reached out three times (email, their riddiculous chat bot on the website, if there was a number I would call) and nothing. All I'm trying to understand is where the item is and if it has not shipped to cancel it - but not a word. Very frustrating experience to not have any sort of proactive support especially when an order has fallen outside of your own shipping policy.

For the love of e-commerce either update the prompts on your chatbot or get rid of it entirely.

Update 3/18 - i won the credit card dispute and encourage all others stuck in limbo with this company to try the same

Item hasn't arrived from 18th December…

Item hasn't arrived after ordering on 18th December order, fob story about festive period on 3rd Jan.

"Unfortunately, the holiday season has caused delays at sorting centers and depots, which has affected the carrier’s processing times. However, we’ve been informed that your package should leave the current transit warehouse soon, with tracking information expected to update in the next few days."

Estilo make sure you've got Christmas in the calendar next year so you can plan for being busy...

Scam company

Scam company. Takes your money and doesn’t ship the product. Then gives you the run around for a refund. No product,
No refund for a $100 ceiling light I bought 3 months ago.

Product never arrived, excuses that sounded real

Product never arrived, polite communication, good excuses, always a delay after a delay, small refund offered , but product never arrived. Promised full refund, never arrived. Sent a scam china post link.
Buyer beware. By the time I tried to alert PayPal it was impossible as marked refunded ( only a tiny amount refunded)

SCAMMERS I would left no starts if I could. AVOID this company at all costs its a SCAM. I ordered a light at a cost of £80.00 they sent me tracking info that never updated and I never received the light. I had to put a dispute in with my bank to claim the money back.

I ordered 3 dining table lamps and they…

I ordered 3 dining table lamps and they arrived in 2 lots, after nearly 3 months and many emails! Then electrician installed, but they needed G9 bulbs! After searching radius of 100 km shops and international online, I could only find them with very little lumen, so food on table was hardly recognisable! I was so frustrated and told by electricians, that these G9 bulbs are not safe and hardly used in Australia any more! Estillo offered me to return them ( but knowing it will take again so long ). I spend over $100 worth of bulbs and $400 electrician, plus the glass shades started peeling off the colour and fitting were glued inside crooked, so hanging out of shape and impossible to look at! Such bad quality, so I threatened to inform the Department of Fair Trading and other Authorities if they would not refund me the full amount! They did! I learned my lesson never to buy from a dodgy drop ship company! Waste of money and time!!

This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company. A complete scam. I waited months for my order and contacted them by email. I requested a refund on numerous occasions. I then contacted Amex and reported the scam. Estilo living actually emailed me and said my refund would be quicker if I halted the bank investigation. I don’t think so!

SCAM OF A COMPANY

Very similar experiences with people in other reviews. I ordered an item in September, didn’t hear back for 2 weeks. Emailed them and they said it was in back order and gave me a $40 credit. Said it will be another month and will be express shipped. After a month nothing happened, reached out again. They kept “looking into it” and then when I requested a refund they went ghost. It’s been 3 months of back and forth and I feel dumb for not realizing it was a scam earlier. Their website is fake, the positive reviews are fake. I disputed it with my bank but it’s best to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Learn from everyone else’s mistakes and save yourself your money, time and energy.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Estilo Living. This company operates like a complete scam. I purchased a pair of pendant lights explicitly listed as "warm white." However, the lights I received were "cool white." When I requested a return, they insisted the lights could be changed to warm white—a feature that wasn’t mentioned in the product specifications. After trying everything (and as someone with experience installing LED lights throughout my house), I confirmed there was no way to adjust the color temperature.

The company was highly resistant to accepting the return. Eventually, they agreed and promised a refund. However, after weeks of tracking, with Australia Post confirming delivery, they began making excuses to stall the refund process. I heard every excuse in the book: "The item hasn’t arrived," "The item needs to be examined," and "The item is yet to be located." It’s now been over three months, and I still haven’t received my refund.

Save yourself the frustration and avoid Estilo Living. Their practices are deceptive, and their customer service is abysmal.

ESTILO LIVING IS A SCAM - please report to scam watch

I placed an order weeks ago and didn't do my due diligence in my shopping frenzy. I should have. Their website looks so appealing and legitimate.

I've since lodged a dispute with AMEX and most importantly have lodged a report with scam watch. The business appears be to based in Australia but I believe anyone can report them. It seems they've been scamming people all across the globe. Please help shut them down and not let anyone else fall victims to these despicable fraudsters:

SCAM Company

Complete SCAM. Placed order than a month later when I inquired about the order, was told they were hack g vendor issues and it would arrive next month. They even offered me a $40.00 coupon for a future order. After 6 months of waiting, I decided to cancel the order. At this point, all communication from them stopped. There is no phone number to speak with a live body, so I kept filling out the ‘Contact Us’ information (4 times) and NO reply. I feel like an idiot as I would never have ordered from them had I read all of the bad reviews that essentially say what I am saying. My credit card company said it would be difficult to get my money back because my original order was placed 6 months ago.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

SCAM!! Do not order from this company. I wish i read the reviews before ordering. Ordered a pendant still hasn’t arrived. They totally ignore your emails. I have now been left with no choice but to open a dispute with my bank to try and retrieve my money back. The items they are selling are on aliexpress.

Estilo- living is a scam

This company is a scam. Your lamp will never arrive. They send fake tracking numbers, claim it’s out of stock, then shipping immediately if you order another more expensive model at a discount, etc… went on for 3 months. They take your money and you will never get what you ordered or see your money again
