Have brought from this brand several times and recently placed another order. Their hoodies and trackpants are made to an excellent standard and last for years. My prints on my sweatshirt are still bright and vibrant with over 3 years of daily use, and that is without me and my husband making sure we follow the care instructions. Some of my trackpants are still going going strong after 5+ years. If you ever heard of the saying "good things come to those that wait" it would perfectly describe this brand. Pre-orders do take time which is estimated when ordering on line. Sometimes the clothing comes after the date but it always arrives well packaged and is worth waiting for. I can't wait for my next order to come as this order has a gift for my sister which I think she will love.

First order took 6 months and I had changed a dress size by the time it arrived. I wanted to exchange the item but after a dozen odd emails and messages over the next 4-5 months, I was completely ignored. Never got a reply or acknowledgement. Then the next (and final order I’ll ever do) took 10 WHOLE MONTHS to arrive. No communication and no support for queries asking for ETA’s. Absolutely terrible service. The worst I’ve ever experienced. Do not recommend. All the excuses don’t fly either.

Really disappointed, have brought a lot over the years. Now I do not trust them, I’m waiting on an order from November. No communication or updates, also I was really disappointed with 3 tops that arrived. Definitely not what I thought I was receiving, I do not trust ordering now if it takes that long to arrived. Disappointed 😞

Love all my etc pieces. Material is always good quality and prints are bright and bold.

Love the clothing so much and an absolute staple in my wardrobe.

I would give a 0 star if I could. I have loved ETC in the past. Recently brought a pair of pants that didn’t look anything like they looked on the website. They were see through and didn’t even have the writing on the leg like they did on the website. I obviously complained and they completely refused to give me a refund stating it was a change of mind purchase. Which it wasn’t. On Facebook the company is slandering anyone with a negative review and asking for anyone to make positive ones. Commented on the facebook post about my purchase only to be blocked. Please be careful when purchasing from this company. The quality is worse then Temu now.

Absolutely love all my products from ETC. I always get comments on my bomber jacket and vest. Communication is great when ordering pre-orders, right down to what boat the products are being shipped on!!!

Dates kept changing for the pre-order. Went from September to October, product arrived in February. Very inconsistent sizing - brought a tee size M and its very baggy. Gave the benefit of the doubt and ordered a jumper of the same size, its much smaller and that funky polyester material. Jumper arrived much faster but there was absolutely no communication at all on anything. I do like the items but wont be ordering again. Owner is now asking for people to give good reviews. Be wary and trust older reviews as they are a true reflection of the business.

I own several etc pieces and have never had a problem with any of my orders! some of the most warmest hoodies I own are etc and as a plus sized girly I love the quality of the items x

I have been an ETC customer since 2018. I have a huge amount of clothing. A lot of reviews here are a bit harsh. She had a tough time, which she explained to everyone. I was a customer who had stuff on pre-order. Yes it was annoying that the items took months, but a lot of that was out of her hands. She explained to customers, kept giving updates via email or fb and website. She's human and doesn't deserve a lot that has been said. The clothing I own is great quality. As a VIP who has spent well over $1000, I can recommend ETC.

If you want unique good quality clothes then etc is the place for you!! I have ordered numerous items from them & love every peace. Extra bonus that it's a small NZ business

I absolutely love ETC clothing. Great quality clothing. I have been buying this brand for about 3years for myself and my daughter and we love all the mum and mini matching dresses. I have since moved to Australia and i ordered a jacket and I had a great experience and shipping to Australia was very reasonable and it arrived in good time, packaged very well. Highly recommend ETC.

Having a preorder that says Oct/November but arrives in July is insane! These jeggings were not worth the wait or quality. Communication was nonexistent. I purchase from many small companies that follow a preorder model and are able to deliver in a timely fashion. I have seen people belittled on Facebook for asking questions and voicing opinions. You put a post up asking your followers to put up reviews to combat the fake reviews and when I commented I was blocked. I had previously supported your business since 2018.

Everything i have purchased from etc over the years have been amazing from wallets, slippers, pants, hoodies, tshirts. Great quality clothing that not everyone else owns.

I ordered a custom print hoody and pre order. The wait was so worth it! The matariki pants are my favourite in my wardrobe and the neon flower hoody is one of the thickest, warmest hoodies I own! I Wear them to school all winter long.
