For a few weeks been checking out wigs for Sale. On Monday wig I wanted to buy was £390. Yesterday went into the site because they were having a Sale the same wig is now £800. How can that be.

If you want a good quality wig do not shop here. I returned my wig because it looked synthetic when it was suppose to be remy hair .I wouldn't give any stars if I could .They are now trying to charge me full price for it when I have returned it and do not want it.There claiming its because it is a coloured wig and won't accept a return on it when it was clearly stated it was one of their blag wig selections.Please beware.

I have been scammed by this company, wig received worth £801 it was very poor quality of hair. Possibly synthetic. Knots on the wig have not been bleached giving a very fake look. The hairline has been razored down on either side it is very wide spread. The worse wig i have even purchased in all my 15 years of wearing one. Avoid at all cost. The customer service is shocking I have emailed several times but been ignored and rang so many times too. They originally said they would take it back to bleach the knots and then no further contact. I have been scammed by this company and would like to save anyone else being in the same situation. The wig I received looks nothing like the ones advertised on Instagram and their website. A more reliable company with better quality wigs is moramode.

The colour was pictured and described as platinum blonde. Great that's me. The style great, that's me. The chat line was very helpful and gave a positive answer to my many questions. I was happy to proceed with the purchase.
As soon as it arrived everyone new it was not me - totally wrong colour, dark honey blonde. I have written five (5) times asking for advice, could my hairdresser pick out highlights for me to brighten the colour. Sadly I have not even been given the courtesy of an acknowledgement and I keep receiving requests for feedback. Not a happy customer.

So pleased with my new wig. It arrived a week or two later than expected but communication was good and I was put at ease by Lily. The lace is a little on the dark side for me but this is by far the best quality wig I’ve ever owned. Received many compliments and I’ve only been wearing it for a couple of days. It is the only Company I buy my wigs!! I have Alopecia totalis and the wigs are fitting - true to size. The hair is wonderful and long-lasting, no shedding. I love it 100%

I have just ordered my fourth wig with Katie and Eternal Wigs as the human hair wigs grom my experience are undetectable to anyone who does not know me from before I list my natural hair. The human hair wigs smell amazing and look great on when styled correctly. Katie has been incredible from the get go. I have been constantly corresponding with Katie through Whatsapp and the website online chat as on my first order I was desperate for my wog as soon as possible as I did not want my family to know I was ill over Christmas. Katie went above and beyond with the production time and ensuring my wig artived before Christams despite the Royal Mail postal strikes. I cannot thank Katie and her t3am enough.

Do not buy anything from this company!
I bought a wig from Eternal Wigs as I have been suffering from hair loss which is obviously stressful enough. I ordered a wig directly from the website and did not ask for any customisations or anything special. The picture looked beautiful and exactly the style and colour I wanted so I was really excited to receive it. The website does state that the colour may not be exact but what I received was much darker than I though it would be and despite the fact that I measured my head carefully according to their own website guidelines to make sure it would fit well, it was far too big. I contacted the company and was basically told that its my fault for ordering the wrong size and they don't offer refunds. I paid almost £400 for a wig that I cant use. Once your order is placed they can basically send you anything and there is nothing that you can do about it. The website also states 100% satisfaction guaranteed. This is also clearly just a marketing tool and has no substance because if you are not satisfied then they don't care. I wish I had never got involved with Eternal Wigs, and if you are considering buying from them I hope that this review protects you from what I have been through.

I have a friend in a similar situation who told me about “Eternal wigs” so I gave it ago and came across the beautiful wig “Amber”

I was very sceptical as it was synthetic but I knew that this was a tester wig to see how I feel, what it feels like on me and I can tell you now that this was the best Decision ever. I am in love with wig not just because it’s beautiful but also it doesn’t come across as fake looking, doesn’t feel fake everyone- is just constantly complementing me and the price is ridiculous!!

Had my first party over the weekend, In front of hundreds of people and no one stared at me.

Absolutely amazing!!! 10000% recommend you can’t go wrong if your debating buying one do it you won’t regret it. Whilst having chemotherapy I used wigs from here and they gave me back my confidence made me feel like me again. They are insane quality and you can’t tell you have a wig on!!
