Eurocell plc - Stoke Avis 

Still waiting for window boards for 5 weeks after ordering them, had to message them for a update & not heard from them in over 2 weeks. Why let you order them if they are not in stock!

Ordered online but not longer after ordering I was contacted by phone from my nearest branch (Stoke) and given an estimated delivery date. On the delivery day I was phoned again and told when to expect the driver. Super service even though the driver was a Port Vale supporter! COYP!

Ordered fence panels via website and received order acknowledgement, then heard nothing about delivery for a week.
Chased supplier at 7 days then chased again after 12 days.
Panels arrived without any prior notice of delivery on day 13.
Communication from local depot (Stoke) very poor.

Well first of all I ordered 8x4 sheet of 1.5 m but they failed to tell me after a week that it wasn’t in stock, I had to chase it up , but on the positive side as soon as I rang them they sold me the thicker sheet 2.5 my fir the same price and then delivered within 2 hours, so overall they did complete the order, but there communication could be improved.

I feel that lack of communication to the customer and the branch I ordered on the Tuesday 30th July 2024 expecting delivery on the Friday to then get told it will be Monday the order did not turn up I had to ring another branch to get hold of them as they was not picking up. I feel this is not good for your business as communication is key in this line of work. I would like to give credit to stoke south as they helped me with my order and rectified the issue, I hope this helps you identify the issues with the branch any further questions or queries please feel free to contact myself with the details below

The guys at the Eurocell parkhouse industrial estate depot were very helpful, the skirting boards, internal and external corners were delivered the very next day early, looks lovely fitted.

Ordered a garden room with a help from Daren - he was great, answering all my questions and helping with the design.
I would like to say a big thank you to Glen and Des, who despite other companies saying no, made my dream garden room a reality! This was not easy with it being on a slope and all, but they've done a great job. They were also very polite, respectful and quick! Hope to deal with you again and thank you very much for putting up with me!

We have used this company twice each time has been an easy transaction. First time they communicated well. Second we were not told when the delivery would be made as awaiting stock. They delivered yesterday without prior notice so it was left across the garage door way on the drive. It was a heavy load & my husband & I are unable to lift so struggled to move it.
Otherwise can't fault them.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and even though I've written emails to the enquiries team I have had no response nor confirmation of delivery.
Even though Stoke is the closest stockist, it is not clear who is processing the order on behalf of Eurocell for the Composite Fence Panels I've ordered.
The product is great by the way, but I had exactly the same issue the last time I bought the same product.

Would have been a five but placed the order online, payment taken immediately. Then all quiet. I emailed a week or so later and was informed of a delay of approx 4 weeks! Pity they didn't let me know at the time of ordering. Anyway after another 10 days or so i got a phone call to say they now had stock and could deliver next day, which they did, very promptly.
