Needs more frequent service
The portaloo was required whilst we renovated our bathroom, the delivery man was very helpful, but I had to contact Euroloo several times for a service, as you can imagine the smell was awful. When I rang customer service for it to be collected I mentioned that it had only been serviced on 26th June, and again when I asked for collection, not very understanding and didnt want to listen, it's a shame that this side of the company is let down by attitude of staff.

Never use this company.. they’ll deliver a decent toilet .. and if your lucky they may clean it once a month .. you’ll ring them speak to a lovely lady who’ll tell you a pack of lies .. they are awful

Monday arranged collection after the weekend and they were very helpful and accommodating. Arrived, removed the portloo. Again cant fault the service really helpful, friendly staff. Euroloo unable to offer service
Our septic tank has been emptied successfully without problem for over 40 years. Euroloo say they are unable to empty ours as they are unable to park on our quiet dead end road for "health and safety reasons"

Hire and delivery is easy. Can’t get rid of the full stinking toilet.
Hire and delivery is easy. Removal is impossible! Arrived 3/7and today is the 10/7 and after numerous calls to customer care and head office and every person but the person who can tell me when the loo will be retrieved, it’s going to stay over the weekend. Euroloo don’t work weekends so I have a full toilet on my driveway for over a week and past my 8 day contract. Do not hire from them you can’t get a reasonable response when returning the toilet.

We hired a loo for a party which was a week ago and the Loo arrived on time.
However we have called and emailed every day to ask when it will be removed and no one can tell us when. We now have a loo which smells and we can't open our windows because of it.
I am sorry, but this is terrible customer service, and I would not recommend this company.

Dont Use
Very difficult to deal with, drivers unhelpful, rarely service / empty and leave toilets on site over 2.5 weeks after off hiring without servicing and leaving unpleasant smell in the hot weather- avoid this company. Lots of hidden extras, charge 7 days from off hire, a fee for a specific collection / drop off time / date
