17 days and no service
Our toilet was last serviced 27/03/2026 it is now 13/04/2026 that's 17 days! HSE guidelines state that it should be serviced every 7 days. I have called numerous times to get it serviced and have been continuously fobbed off. This is not the only time they have missed a service it happens to be quite a regular thing for us.

Ordering delivery and invoicing is easy and the staff are polite and professional it can sometimes be difficult to contact them but it’s hit and miss if the toilet gets cleaned weekly.

Unfortunately the weekly service is not happening so its been onsite for nearly 3 weeks and no emptying. We have had 4-5 workman onsite during that time. We have had to supply our own loo rolls too.

Slight confusion
Had our tank emptied 18 months ago for £180. Asked for a quote last week and received a price of £245. While this was over a 33% increase I was happy to pay given the psssage of time and recent fuel price increases.
When called to book it in I received a new quote of over £500. Poor service initially which now seems to have been rectified.
