Order and delivery went well
Order and delivery went well. It was supposed to be a cleaning service in a week, but I chased up on day 10. I was told the service would be done the next day, but it did not happen. Again sent an email and gave them a call. Got informed the service would be coming between 3-5 pm. Service arrived at 2 pm, got a call, and was told no waiting or return could happen. So asked for a refund and at last got the cleaning service charge refunded. Thanks for that.

Excellent service
Fast, quick delivery and so friendly. Matt from MID placed it exactly where we needed it, nothing was too much trouble. Matt is a credit to the company. Will definitely use again.

Received loo on site this morning in Stratford upon Avon. the driver Charles chaminuka was very polite and pleasant and really helpful and patient with our placing of the loo as we had to move a few things round

Outstanding Service
George from the Leicester Depo delivered my Euroloo to Sixhills Farm for me.
It was for a photoshoot, as I had arranged a cheeky charity calendar in aid of Cancer Research UK, with the aim of raising £10,000
George was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. He explained how it worked and the collection process, which in fact went just as smoothly. What a friendly and personable young man George is, with a winning smile.
Now if that doesn't deserve a purchase of one of my calendars, I don't know what will 😂🤞

Fast efficient service
Fast efficient service. Delivery driver called before hand (as instructed) and was really friendly during the delivery, placing the Loo exactly where we needed it. The Loo itself was clean and tidy. I would recommend EUROLOO
