What a disgrace
What a disgrace, I hired a Euroloo from these people and I absolutely regret doing this. This unit was off hired on 8th June and should have been picked up within 7 days, even after several phone calls and numerous emails with no reply, the unit is still sitting in front of my house. This company does not care and are using there own customers property as storage facilities to deal with their absolute inept logistics. You are warned, read previous reviews lots of people have had the same issue. I have been repeatedly told it will be picked up and given every excuse and no accountability, no care, just a bad apple. No do use unless you want to become a free public toilet.

Poor customer service
Very disappointed with the lack of customer service from Euroloo. I have been chasing them almost daily for 10 days now to come and collect the loo we hired for an event two weeks ago and I keep getting fobbed off. They say they are going to come and collect it and then dont. But nobody bothers to inform me of their change of plans. They are now saying the earliest they can get to collect it is the middle of next week, 2.5 weeks after we wanted it collected! Very poor customer service.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service, cancelled my collection 2 times, the toilet is still on site. Been waiting for 3 weeks for it to be collected. And I have no confidence in any new collection date the give me. Unreliable service. Anyone reading this, be warned.Awful in all regards. I don't recommend.

Appalling service
We engaged this company to provide a portable restroom facility for one of our operational sites. Despite a contractual agreement stipulating weekly servicing, the unit has not been serviced for over five weeks.
Each attempt to contact them has been met with various justifications. The customer service and overall service quality have been unsatisfactory, and we will not be utilizing their services in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s service. Our portable toilet was not emptied for a full four weeks. I was able to get in touch with them, but they did nothing about it. The condition of the toilet is absolutely shocking. I do not recommend their services at all.”

Great prompt service
I called on Thursday for a loo to be delivered on Monday. The person l spoke to was helpful and explained everything clearly. The loo was delivered on Monday. The driver was helpful and polite.

Delivery of toilets
Good toilets. Really helpful customer service staff and and delivery driver. Delivery between 7.00am to 4.00pm which is too long - make it am or pm. When I rang to ask when to expect the delivery I was told that the representative would phone back after talking to the driver. This did not happen. I phoned again three hours later to be told that the driver would be there is 15 minutes which he was.

Failure to complete regular weekly service
We requrested a weekly cleaned single toilet on a site. over the 3 months we had the toilet services were missed on more than one occasion , the longest being 14 days between cleans always put down to "logistical issues".
This toilet was sat outside our clients property in the hottest May/June and hadn't been serviced - I leave it to your imagination the smell.
We have since cancelled the installation which should have continued another 6 to 9 months and moved to an alternate supplier. Feel very let down
