This is the second time that I ordered from Evaless. I must of made a mistake when ordering and ordered the wrong size. I reached out to Evaless support as soon as I realized the error. They fixed it without question. Thank you Evaless! The jeans that were the right size, fit great and I LOVE THEM! Thanks! Louise B

The quality of the shoes I ordered was terrible. I contacted support and they are sending me a new pair. Support was very helpful. Will update this review when I receive the item and can verify the quality.

I ordered CUTE shoes for a special occasion. I searched for the perfect pair and was so happy to find them. I was surprised at how quickly I received my order but I realized I made a mistake on the size when I ordered. Please pay attention to the sizing because I wanted a US size 7.5 but received a European size 40. I contacted customer service about making an exchange. They replied quickly and offered to exchange with no issues. It was my first time ordering and they offered to replace with the correct size. I am very pleased with my overall experience.

I ordered a dress for a special occasion. The dress was quite lovely and good quality, but was too big. I was very surprised at how quickly I received it. I contacted customer service about making an exchange. They replied within 24 hours and offered to exchange or refund without incident. Customer service was great. One of my items was the wrong size, which was my fault. But after speaking to customer service and wanting to do an exchange, they replaced the item for free. Excellent service

Purchased a pair of racing themed shoes. I received them 2 MONTHS after they were ordered. Very uncomfortable and extremely poor quality. I want to return them as they promote 'easy returns'. However, they must be returned to China and I will not pay that cost. After seeing the quality of the shoes, I would not order again from this company. Good luck to you if you do.

I love all my items that I received! The lake of shoes I got were a little too big so they replaced them and told me to keep the other pair! Everything is very well made and fit exactly as the description. I will be shopping with them again!

Evaless responded promptly to me through email regarding my 2 items I needed to exchange!
They asked me to send photos and I did . They are asking me to keep the 2 pair of jeans ( donate them ) that I ordered that are too big and they will send me the size of the 2 jeans in a smaller size!
I also ordered 3 cute flowery sneakers and I love them !!!

Use Caution! Make sure to look very careful on what you are looking to order! Using the photos come in on them for details! I ordered the white tennis shoes with Red Baseball stitching! These shoes had a mud splatter pattern & looked filthy!

Still waiting on my order. ELS230320-2316713. I have an event coming up next week and was going to wear the items. Been stuck in TX since end of March. I live in TX so not sure but hoping it delivers soon. I’ll blow up the ratings if not. Zero stars.

I never received my order. After 2 months I finally heard from them! My package was lost I’d like to get my things if that isn’t possible they will issue a refund. I wish there was easier way to communicate as they make it impossible to contact them.
After their reply they refuse to address my Oder or refund they have stopped all communication. I believe this is a fake company and don’t buy from them. After this response I got nothing, no refund and no merchandise. They are a scam.

I just adore my outfit. The jeans fit so well and the shoes are so comfortable, plus it is so cute.
Everyone that I came in contact with just loved every thing.
