Such great experience
Such great experience. The gentleman that serve me was amazing giving me lots of information on different products. He spent a lot of time which he had no problem of doing. Will always use them in the future you won't be disappointed

Visited Angel store.
Very very friendly staff! Not often in London you get a hello as you enter and an enjoy your day as you leave! I'm new to vaping one week since I gave up cigs, the lady there taught me the difference between Ohms, set me up on the loyalty program, price is nice too! 3 for 10 is standard but they do 5 for 15 wich is a little extra saving!

Having used this company many times…
Having used this company many times last year, both instore and for home delivery. They have a good selection of vaping products, although they are no where near the cheapest company operating in this market.
I have always found the staff in store to be knowledgeable and helpful.
Unfortunately they use Royal mail as their delivery partner for smaller orders, and I have had constant issues with delivery. Usually Royal Mail emailing you to say they would deliver a parcel on a specific day, and then failing to so.
This culminated in a parcel being delivered to an incorrect address.
Evapo did sort this out in the end, but it wasn't a great experience.
After not using Evapo for a period of 6 months, I thought I would give them another try, and once again, after an email from Royal Mail regarding a delivery they have contacted me again to say I wasn't in when they tried to deliver my parcel.
I specifically stayed in all day for the delivery, so Royal Mail, are either lazy, incompetent or just downright dishonest.
I accept Evapo are not entirely to blame for this poor service, but it is their choice to use this delivery partner, therefore have to take ultimate responsibility.
I feel I have been fair in giving you another chance, and unfortunately I won't be using your company ever again due to constant delivery issues.

Why is your Redditch store till trying to use the other companies bins? I reported this to Head Office about 10 days ago and they are still using our bin! We have a key now, so good luck.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff at the Shrewsbury store, with a good selection of juices, mods and disposables. The only down side was that they didn't have the flavour that I wanted.
