Attempted to overcharge me
I was presented with a total that was not correct at the till a additional £5 was added to my bill but as i had joined your customer loyalty scheme and was to get £5 in points on my birthday but instead you tried to bill me the £5 instead. You need to use another delivery…
You need to use another delivery service, items ordered on Monday and you sent dispatched email, its now Thursday/ Friday and online tracking says item has gone to wrong delivery office in error so i am left waiting, first time ordering so willing to change rating if order ever arrives but think i will stick with my usual vape shop in the future.
