Hi team I am trying to find a country for Guernesy while trying to make an order but can’t find it, what do you advise

Clothes came really small and practically in pieces, ‘single price’ much better

I implore you not to use this company, the either use a computer algorithm or someone with poor english in their customer service so trying to attain a refund is impossible as all correspondence you send is answered with inaccurate and irrelevant information and nothing can be resolved.

Having received an item in the sale at £2:50 and postage on top the blouse I’d ordered had some dirty marks on and was not in any wrapping just the dispatch bag.
I emailed to tell them of this and said I thought the marks would wash out as it wasn’t worth the return postage.
After several emails between us they arranged a returns collection request not I, through Royal Mail. I’ve never returned an item like this before so want sure how to do it. There was a QR code which I clicked on as I thought this would give the returns label, this took me back to their sales and offers page.
After my husband and I spent about 1 and half hours trying to download a label with no luck I emailed back and asked for a returns label which they did not reply to. I’d got the parcel ready for collection and was awaiting for a pick up from Royal Mail we’d requested the night before. When our usual postman came on Saturday morning I handed the parcel over to him which he scanned off their label in the packaging and it was sent back. After that I got an email which I felt wasn’t in a nice tone saying they knew about my dirty mark and was passed onto the warehouse. I’ve since been asked how they did I told them it was their dirty mark and close the account.

I have bought loads from this company and always found them excellent .

I have purchased from this firm before, and it has been OK. But this time it was a disaster. The sweat top I got was clearly a second. The slogan was in the wrong place, too low, so that the kangaroo pocket covered up part of the writing, so you could not read one side of it. I also bought a watch, it looked OK, but after only a couple of days wearing it, it has become full of moisture. I have not worn it in water, only washed my hands with it on. Not fit for purpose. I cannot even read the time on occasions, so what good is it as a watch!!

Purchased a jacket a few days ago, arrived today. You did better than your sister company with delivery timeline of a few days and not 11
purchased to wear for my birthday at the weekend, pi...d but hey not short of clothing.
Item turned up with a large enough hole in the back, really....🙄 Not the first. And big enough to be seen, when the packer shoved in postage bag.

In fact I made a decision today I am an online shopper95% so going to start rewewing the good the bad and the ugly. Which category do you fit.??

I asked for an order to be amended, and the customer service representative amended it incorrectly, before cancelling the order (which I did not ask for).

I raised a formal complaint about this and was told the issue would be escalated to a manager; however, received a vague copy and paste 'sorry for the inconvenience' email and an offer of free delivery on replacement items (which were, of course out of stock).

What I would actually have wanted was a personal email apologising for the specific issue, as well as assurance that the representative had been spoken and properly trained to avoid similar issues in future.

I've also contacted them 3 times about a technical issue with the help section of their website, but keep having my requests ignored.

Great products, I’ve been using them for years, I would give 5* but sadly the bags don’t last. Clothes are great and well made.

I don't know where they get their stock from but what I ordered was excellent quality. Don't know if I got lucky, but got a quite a few things and returned nothing : )

worst customer service, ordered few items one of the item was came damaged wrote to customer service attached images of damage forget replacement there is no reply to the email

sorry but due to being left with two faulty items and no way of communicating with customer service phone lines are down and no response to my emails I'm very disappointed as I had been a loyal customer and up until the last month I would have given them a lot higher rating
Sent the 4 th email about this and had to state I would have to take it further hopefully I will get a response

Great company, all of the items that I've bought so far have arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is that a couple of items were not shipped due to low stock (I wasn't charged for these but you think you are getting them as the transaction has been successful). Nevertheless I highly recommend this site.

I have been buying from this company for a few years and there have been few problems, it is well-run business. The goods are usually good quality and usually delivered quickly. Returns are dealt with professionally. Stock sells out fast, so be quick. Will continue to buy from here. You might assume that there is something wrong with the products as the price is so low but that is very rarely the case and more often than not, you will find their products better than what is on the high street.

Just placed another order. I can't believe that they can sell such great items for a fiver. Just the first order alone saved me a minimum of £20, and I couldn't easily find my size in the colours anywhere else on-line. So well pleased. I'd definitely give them two thumbs up!!

i love this site. had some good stuff from here. only problem ive had is with shoe size not being accurate. I only order now after reading reviews.
