i Ordered mine on Monday. They took the money from my account straight away but I have had no order number confirmation or email.

Ordered a shower head 20th October didn't even get a email back confirming my payment so I have no order number no proof of payment. Just got my shower head today the 20th November horray

Take heed of the bad reviews on here. If you notice, all the good reviews are 'invited' reviews i.e incentive based. My order is showing as still being processed with expected delivery in 3 weeks. Looking at the other reviews it is even longer than this if you actually receive anything. I have requested a refund after reading the reviews but they are saying it has been dispatched. If I get it in the next two days I will update this review but I doubt that will be the case...

Ordered this back in June, took my money immediately. Luckily paid by Pay Pal and after 2 months I am getting a refund. I heard nothing from the company, even a confirmation of my order and after putting it in the hands of Pay Pal they heard nothing back from them either. So the moral of this is don't order from Facebook and always pay by Pay Pal!

Would like to give it no stars as didn’t receive item.
Got refund through PayPal. Would advise not to use this company.

Still waiting. Ordered first week of July. Everything else from other companies has arrived. Still waiting for the showerhead.
Looks like another Facebook RIPOFF company .
So upsetting. I wish FACEBOOK would tighten up on companies allowed to use their Platform. Will open a dispute with Paypal.

I wasnt expecting much when i saw the bad reviews after i had ordered and i had a faulty shower head. I emailed them and when i didnt receive a reply (i only gave it 2-3 days and packed up the shower head snd sent it back, and sent an email to say i wanted a refund asap, well to my surprise it was refunded to me very quickly, this os a honest review and very happy with it being put right so quickly

If I could give a zero I would!!!
DO NOT trust these people with your money I ordered a showerhead from them on the 3rd May and I’m still waiting for it.
The only communication I have from them is to keep delaying the delivery!,
Luckily I paid through PayPal so I now have a an investigation opened as we speak.

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered the showery shower head.
They are mostly very bad.
My own fault lesson most definitely learned.

Money taken from account but no order acknowledgement or communication so no reference to contact them. Looks like no product and lost money!!!!!

Oh, dear! My showerhead hasn't arrived so thought I would contact them. Looking for contact details I found these reviews. It seems I have bought ie paid for a dummy. I did wonder about the showerhead after I ordered it. I am not even going to waste my time trying to contact them. A lesson learned.
Since writing the above three days ago, my showerhead has arrived. It was just in a jiffy bag, no box, no instructions, no spare parts. Also since writing the above I ordered a similar one from Amazon which cost less, arrived the next day, in a box, with instructions and lots of spare parts. Lesson continues to be learned......don't buy via adverts on FB. At least I got the showerhead and it will come in handy at some point.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from this company. I did receive my shower head and got emails concerning its arrival.
Guess what?????? IT DOES NOT MAKE A SCRAP OF DIFFERENCE. The shower head arrived without an invoice and no details of how to return it. I have sent several requests for a refund, the only response I've had is an email to tell me it's on its way.

After emailing them more than 6 tines, and asking where my shower head is. They continued to say its in its way. So much so I constantly asked for them to cancel this order and issue me with a refund. Their response was oh hear is 20% discount any further products. Of which I declined. Then on my last request to cancel they pulled a signed for reference number to tell me the item was on its way. Well it eventually arrived yesterday. On the label was tracked 48 hours sticker. I was fuming to say the least. I now intend to contact them yet again to ask for a free return label to enable me to return it at their expense.

If I could give 0 I would have... No replys... Asked for money back, again no reply... All I get is new delivery date and of course never comes.... Beware keep away from this lot rip you off

I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my product hasn't yet arrived had no communication from you whatsoever you don't seem to care you've got my money but from what I'm now reading sounds like perhaps wouldn't be any better even if the product had arrived.

If I could rate this company lower than one star I would. Bought shower head from them and it won’t adjust it’s a load of rubbish. Five emails to them with no reply. DO NOT USE THEM.......they are a 2bit outfit.

When will I ever learn, when purchasing items from companies from facebook , check reviews first. Purchased a shower head from this company over a month and a half ago, no sign of it. Terrible customer communication, finally got a refund due to threatening a paypal dispute. Also after seeing reviews from trustpilot I was happy with the refund, as the shower head I wanted seemed a load of rubbish anyway

bought this ionic shower head product,tried it ,and totally agree with other reviewers as it leaks terribly on the housing ,don't know why they cant simply put a rubber seal between the screw on components.

Do not go near this company. I ordered shower heads they leak. Automated message from their email address. They are a not a nice company. You won't get your money back.

Stay away from this company, they dont dontact you, cant cancel order also when items recieved they were damaged, can not believe how this company operate...worst company ever.
