Everythingonsale Avis 57

I received my showerhead and it worked for a few weeks. It then began to leak and got worse until it is squirting out of the sides. I have emailed and my husband has emailed but we are getting no response. I would not recommend this product as it does not do what it should do and the company are not following up with our complaint.

Original product was faulty.
Emailed one day, within a week I had a new product working perfectly.
Amazing customer service.

saw this pop up and I wondered what it was.saw the item and took a chance thinking will I get it? received this strange looking shower head in the post! and it is the lovliest shower I have EVER had! it is like summer rain and just magical.

After waiting 22 days for my item to arrive I am a little disappointed. Although my home has very high water pressure the shower head is not very powerful when using it on an electric shower . In fact I would say I got more powerful spray from my previous shower head .

The order took a bit longer to arrive than I thought it would but it has arrived now and the shower head is good although I need to get a fitting to hold it properly.

This is a very poorly run outfit. Probably run from home. Do not use!! Stacey is the 'contact' and the replies are just standard replies. I am pursuing through the courts and they will feature on a BBC consumer program if I do not get a satisfying response. Meanwhile, please contact Facebook to get their ads taken down.

Do not use this company. Their customer service is non-existent. There is no contact number or UK address and they are breaking UK Trading Standards law by offering partial refunds for faulty goods.

Has anyone got the address for everythingonsale as getting very frustrated as want to return the showery shower head. After using just the once I want to send it back as it's useless. Nothing like the video and the head keeps slipping forward as too top heavy.
I've been in touch with them several times via e-mail but not got anywhere. They want to open an investigation and want photos/videos. Are they for real.
They told me the address to send it back is on the packaging. But it's in Chinese!!
Getting so frustrated now.

Ordered an item with these 4 weeks ago and still hasn't arrived, emailed them a number of times to try to sort it out but have had no reply to any of them, absolutely shocking customer service. Won't bother ordering from here again.

Ordered and paid extra postage cost for a shower head. Took ages to.come they don't answer emails, no contact number available.
Finally received item in what looked like a nappy sack, shower head was cracked and leaks, no advice or returns label in parcel, having to seek a refund via PayPal.
Sent me a partial offer of £15 when item cost was £22.98!

If your thinking of buying from them dont. pay a bit extra from somewhere else. i never recived my item. i also paid extra for the quicker delivery i tried numerous times to contact them but they didnt answer to any of my emails and also dont answer to PayPal. Shocking customer services i will never buy from them again
