I normally wouldn't trust any organisation with a rating this high, but their website was easy to use, dispatch happened the same day (!) and I had my products very shortly after. Was really happy with their service.

The staff at EVO Cycles in Lower Hutt are rude and arrogant. There are much better bike stores nears by. So I only shop at EVO cycles in Lower Hutt when the other bike shops are out of stock, because of frequent bad experiences at EVO Cycles.

Had my mountain bike booked by Jo she organizes part that needed a shifter to replace thought it would take a week they had the part available they did a fantastic job the mechanic Eugene was very thorough and assessing of the details of my bike they actually gave me half price of what it was going to cost their fantastic if you go somewhere else you're gonna lose money not only that these people actually care....fantastic customer service keep it up🤞

I needed some advice about ebike racks, so headed into the Hamilton Evo cycles store for advice. Please note I am not a bike enthusiast and don't go to bike shops often.

I was blown away by the outstanding customer service I received that I had to jump on and write a review.

The staff member was really friendly and so knowledgeable. Even though there were several people in the store I was given his full attention and he happily answered my endless questions. I truly felt like a valued customer.

Later that day I returned with a broken bike part (which I had forgotten to buy earlier!) and spoke to another friendly young guy. He popped out the back and returned with a similar part which he gave me for free!

I was blown away by my experience and will definitely return again.

Very quick sales transaction, automatic loading of order against my email address so that when & if I signed in (created account) I could view & track the orders. No unnecessary advertising emails in lieu of actual delivery of product. Also staff in local store up front about what stock they had, what was best to get on line. Happy. Came back for a second specialist product on a very good special (see what I did there?) just prior to Easter. Both times I ordered in evening, items delivered in morning after 1 working day.

Staff were wonderful helping me with a damaged front fork/suspension. They diagnosed and fixed it in super fast time knowing I wanted to have it sooner rather than later. Super friendly and the terrific mechanic kept the cost down for me also. Great shop to deal with, I'll be back :-)

I had a child rear seat installed a few years back and evo cycles helped me find the right one for my child which needed to hold approximately 30-35kg. It has been a fantastic seat and recently the boys removed it. Time for a new chapter. They have serviced and fixed my bike many times over the years and I have always found the service really good. Thank you to the team.

would give a zero star review been to a few diffrent evo shops and every one has resulted is a problem buying bikes or parts first full suspension mountain bike i got off them came with a loose shock bolt out of the shop later on they replaced the chain without asking when getting a service done then a took it out for a ride strait away and relized they bent the derailiar when changing the chain somehow and made me pay for a new one later on got a dj bike from them came with countless loose bolts and a loose chain and didn't want to take responsibility( grip slid off while riding for the first time) most recent experience was i got some pedals off them the bearings froze causing the pedal to fall apart still well within warranty took it to the evo i got them from and they said that they wont replace them at the time because of some scratches due to unclipping and said if i want them to be sent off to Shimano then i have to send a email with photos of receipt and broken pedal as they didn't want to take the time to check them even though i had recite on me so i had to take to a different bike shop and they called shimano and got the problem solved strait away

If there’s a zero star option I would take it immediately. Got my bike serviced for flat tyre and the guy at the counter who looked like the manger told my mum that the chain also needed replacing so we did. After getting the bike back the chain would fall off immediately after biking and I thought it was problems with the gears. After just 2 days the chain fell of and the hanger (holding the chain) broke. I went back and told the guy about the new chain but he dismissed it as faulty gears and the bike being “too old”. After getting the bike back I tested it and when I changed the gears the whole chain feel off again. A different service person watched what happened and told the manager that it was their fault for replacing the chain and that if they replaced the chain they should have replaced the whole thing. The manger immediately was in a bad mood and even after me explaining what had happened he was still skeptic on like me scamming him. Paid over $300 for repairing and got garbage from it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, it was like taking to a brick wall.
