Absolute scam of a company! DO NOT PURCHASE A FAST PASS THROUGH THIS COMPANY

Purchased a fast track through Luton airport (as far as i was aware!) But apparently exec pass is its own 3rd party company.

Apparently when you sign up for a fast pass you're signing up to a subscription, I had 4 emails and NOT ONE of them stated I was signing up to a subscription.

I did it in a hurry when I arrived at the airport, we had just had a terrible taxi ride there so I didn't pay enough attention to the fact it wasnt through luton airport.

I woke up today on day 3 of my holiday to a £79 bill!!!

Ive emailed to cancel for a refund (this is within my consumer rights) and to cancel further payments.

Only wanted fasttrack passes but then found a further payment connected to a subscription I had not intended to take out and that they had not told me about.

The charges were not made clear to me when I bought the tickets. I have contacted Exec Pass to dispute the payment they have taken. I also demanded that they cancel future subscription which they have.

I would not advise anyone to buy tickets through this site. I am afraid that this is modern scamming.

However I feel as culpable for not reading the reviews first. If I had I would never have used them.

I used Exec Pass to buy two Fast Track tickets. I later received confirmation of a further payment connected to a subscription I had not intended to take out.

The recurring charge was not clear to me when I bought the tickets. I have contacted Exec Pass to dispute the payment, cancel any subscription and ask them to remove my payment details. I have also contacted my bank.

I would advise anyone buying tickets through this site to read the subscription and payment terms carefully before entering their card details.

Looks good but won't be using it till Wednesdays flight.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Booked fast track for an airport. Got zip files which I can’t open. Got signed into a £70 something a month subscription. Then oddly started getting random companies attempting to take money from my account, the same day I cancelled the subscription I was unaware of. It looks legit, it’s far from it.

I paid for 1 fast pass for Manchester airport, used my credit card thank goodness as £79 appeared on my statement. I did not sign up for a subscription, really frustrating. I now have the hassle of trying to get a refund before my credit card company can act .

Easy to use but didn't realise i had signed up for a subscription. It was my own fault and it was very easy to unsubscribe .Fast track passes came through before we went to the airport.
Overall a good experience.

Ordered fast passes but they were never emailed. I asked for a refund but it was declined. Scary that they will just take your money and not deliver :(

Avoid at all costs! Passes didn’t even come through in time but security let me through anyway. Then they try and charge you £79 for a subscription there was no mention of, luckily card declined it.
When you try and cancel subscription on the page the pages freezes. Be careful as this was the first fast track page that came up while at Manchester airport.

Simple.and easy to use . We will.wait to see if it works ok at the airport.

Same as has been said, complete scam. Hidden subscription signup and emails ignored.

IT’S A CON! Do not use this company. I purchased two fast track security passes for Alicante Airport for the 21st of September. When we arrived at the airport the fast track was closed. I notified Exec Passes by email straight away and heard nothing. I called them and the person on the phone refused to discuss this with me and told me the case is closed.
Seriously this is a con. Do not use.

Hidden costs for a subscription while buying 1 time ticket

stay away from this company. They sign you up to a subscription without you knowing and try to take the money for this

Took £79 from my card with no notification whatsoever. Only found out when checking statement. They automatically sign you up for a subscription. Probably illegal under UK law. Livid.

When fast track passes are purchased, you must send the passes quicker! I never received the passes while waiting near security, but I showed my purchase (no passes) to security and they let me pass!
