It has taken me a long time to get this fast track

Scam - dont use. U can tap ur card at entry to Fastrack at Dublin airport. Same as other reviewers here I was stuck in traffic on way to airport and bought from my phone online - this is NOT an airport website. Then never received the pass and had to buy another one at airport and they tried to charge me 79 which thankfully Revolut caught - although now I have the hassle and expense of a new card. Shame on the scammers!

Fraud company - bought the 10 euro pass like alot of people here and they attempted to take 79 euro from my credit card a week later. Luckily they declined it as l hadn’t authorised it. Avoid!!

Very good no issues

My pass didn’t arrive for 35 minutes so I had to repurchase through the airport website as the queue would’ve been 35 minutes long anyway.

I was in a rush and the subscription wasn’t made clear enough so I’m glad I realised that before I was charged. I am in the process of disputing this charge but they’re unlawful according to the uk trading standards.

Used exec pass to buy a fasttrack ticket for edinburgh airport.

The pass came through delayed, which was annoying since I was in a rush. 3 days later they attempted to charge £79 to my card (blocked by Monzo - thank you!) and I got an email saying “welcome to your 3 month membership” I’d never agreed to a 3 month membership!

Happy that my bank did a great job protecting me, but really annoyed at the underhand tactics of exec pass

I bought this through Glasgow airport website but somehow it went through Execpass.

Get the account blocked on your bank!

Same experience as so many others. I purchased two fast track passes only to subsequently discover (from the small print on the Exec Pass website) that "simply purchase a fast track ... to become an active member" of its $79 per quarter premium membership plan for "the frequent flyer who lives out of a terminal".

Thankfully I spotted this in time and was able to cancel before any payment was debited but note that clicking the "unsubscribe" button in Exec Pass emails merely unsubsribes you from their mailing list, it does not cancel your membership.

For added protection I have also placed with my bank a block on any further payments being taken from my card by Exec Pass as a continuous payment authority had been set up for the card I had used to pay.

Took a while for pass to arrive

I purchased a 10EUR pass from them because I was in a hurry.

A few days later I was charged 79 EUR. I blocked the merchant immediately.

Avoid this service at all costs. They pray on people who are in a rush and do nor read reviews. Absolute scam.

My 4 friends and I each purchased a fast track pass for the airport on Sunday, but 3 days later we all received emails welcoming us as members, and exec pass took €79 from all our accounts, and we were unaware we were signing up for a membership pass. I've emailed them looking for a refund and they haven't responded to my request. Complete and utter scam.

⭐ Disappointing experience with an unexpected subscription charge

I purchased two Fast Track passes at Leeds Bradford Airport for £10 each because the security queues were extremely long and I was worried about missing my flight.

I subsequently discovered that I had been charged £79 for a three-month subscription. I did not realise that purchasing the Fast Track passes would result in a recurring subscription, and this was not what I intended to purchase.

I contacted the company to request a full refund. Although they cancelled the subscription, they refused to refund the £79 and have now offered me just 20% as a goodwill gesture.

I have never used any of the subscription benefits.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this has been handled. I would urge anyone considering purchasing Fast Track passes to check very carefully whether they are also signing up to a recurring subscription.

I am still seeking a full refund.

disgusting scam! do not buy you will be signed through a subscription as 79£ pound will come out of your account including the 9£ paid for original fast trac ass - awful horrible customer service spoke to anne
