Excellent service and delivery
Their service, product delivery, packaging are excellent and completely satisfactory. I appreciate their small note in all deliveries, which asks feedback if we had any dissatisfaction. I’ve been using their service for more than two years now, without any problems. Kudos to the team.

A good indian eshop
I always order my indian grocery from exotic store and my experience is always wonderful, the order always arrives on time, they make sure the goods are well packed so they don't get damage. Also if any product is out of stock after placing the order, they refund the money without chasing.
Overall, wonderful experience, I will keep shopping.

Good
Hi, just wanted to share some feedback – overall the items were well packed, thank you. But the biscuits arrived all broken and the outer box wasn’t taped properly. Also, we’re still waiting for a few items that have been out of stock since last month. Hope they’ll be available soon
