Experience Days Ltd Avis 

Be wary of buying gift vouchers from Experience Days. I paid £98 for one for my daughter and she forgot to use it, due to different circumstances and it expired 2 weeks ago. I contacted them to see if they would extend it or exchange it. The answer was a resounding NO! So, they have basically taken £98 from me for nothing. The company that the voucher was for will also receive nothing as the voucher has not been redeemed. Buyers Beware! 😡

I have since contacted this lot again and asked them to explain what they have done with the cash they took from me without providing a service. I have also told them that as they have kept my money I would like them to donate it to charity, rather than their bank account. Unsurprisingly, they have not replied. 😡

I found the process of ordering experience very complicated and time consuming. Definitely not straightforward.

Easy to see what to purchase and simple sign-up process. I bought vouchers to give the recipient more choice. Everything needed was emailed immediately.

Experience days have been friendly and helpful in organising a gift voucher as a raffle prize for our summer fair

I would give this company no stars if possible. I bought my husband a flight simulator experience. Unfortunately out of the blue he had a serious stroke and nearly died. The voucher went out of date by 1 day when he was well enough for us to think about other things. I emailed customer services explaining asking if we could extend it, reply was 'it is out of date and can no longer be used'. No compassion, poor customer service, DO NOT USE

We have not used it as our cooking experience isn’t available anymore, luckily we are able to extend it for another year

Experience that was paid for wasn’t available anymore so had to change to something different and charged extra for this and then find out it’s not as good as what I had purchased, notified ED about this and there resolve was you read the terms and conditions 😂

Experience Days made it very easy to make an application and got back to me instantly with support for our Charity. Amazing service.

Got a voucher for an afternoon tea from our son for Christmas. When I went to book our experience it turns out that the hotel is being refurbished and won’t open again until next year. Emailed Experience Days about this but you can still purchase this option on their website, so other people will also be disappointed.

It was made very difficult to book my experience. Long winded and not clear how to book. Contacted Experience Days but they weren’t helpful. Still awaiting contact from the provider to book a date. Definitely wouldn’t recommend Experience Days

They are advertising experience days with providers that cannot fulfil the requirements, it appears there is no quality checking.
Additionally they can only be contacted by email so impossible to have a conversation with someone until an issue is escalated
However, I do admire the business model, advertise for third parties, sit back and take the commission, I may try this myself!

Almost impossible to book theatre experience - a show of your choice - online! Very clunky website - difficult to navigate! You must publish a helpline where you can talk to a real person!

Our experience was cancelled at 8pm the evening before it was due by a no reply text
