I love my drink bottle and am impressed with the quality (plus the water tastes great). My order took nearly a month to arrive, but the customer service was great, with really quick response times to my questions. I will definitely purchase from Exposure Lab again and would absolutely recommend the water bottle.

Using this bottle has been an easy upgrade to my daily life. My water tastes better, and I feel hydrated.

I WAS JUST ABOUT TO HIT THE 'CONTINUE' BUTTON ON PAYPAL, WHEN I NOTICED THAT PAYPAL HAD SELFAWEAR PTY LTD LISTED AS THE COMPANY NAME. I SAW THE SAME NAME ASSOCIATED WITH OTHER COMPANIES THAT OFFER THE SAME PRODUCT AND I STEERED CLEAR OF THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE FROM CHINA. EXPOSURE LAB STATE THAT THEY ARE AN AUSTRALIAN OWNED COMPANY, BUT IF THEY ARE SELFAWEAR PTY LTD, THEN THEIR PRODUCTS WILL BE THE SAME AS OTHER COMPANIES, WHOSE PRODUCTS COME FROM CHINA. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I’ve had a great and quite unbelievable improvement in back pain since using the Hydrolab 2.0. It took about 12 weeks but I’m still in disbelief in the improvement, so stick with it! The customer service from dealing with a random faulty charging base has been superb, I can’t recommend Exposure Lab highly enough.

I would like to write a review on the product quality but I have been waiting nearly a month for delivery when it was promised to be delivered within 4 to 10 days. No explanation no accountability no notification . Only email reply apologies for delays. Nothing else and still no idea of when and if it will get delivered. So Customer Service a big fat Zero.

Same as everyone else. Totally dishonest company and they lie to all their customers. They make out they are in Queensland but neglect to say that they do not hold stock and you have to wait for weeks to get your product. Do not buy from these people. I am reporting their dishonesty to Paypal. They need to be banned. Just tell people the truth so that we can decide if we want to buy or not. I want my goods now not in 6 or 7 weeks. Useless tracking they gave me also, all in Chinese. So can't even read it. Total scam.

I ordered over a week ago the tracking number doesn't show anything an im starting to worry, I had an email response 5 days ago "not to worry" but now not responding to my emails

And it works really well

Bottle only lasted c12 uses before it stopped working- poor quality product

I purchased a hydrogen bottle, I haven't received a confirmation email, thankfully I took a screenshot.
I have no idea if they have received my order or when it is coming.

I ordered 4 water bottles and they say they are an Australian company so should have the stock in Australia but now it says it’s coming from China and it still won’t show a delivery date. It’s been over 2.5weeks. I’ve emailed and got no response with the question I was asking. VERY DISAPPOINTED will never order again

So it’s now been over three weeks and these clowns still haven’t managed to deliver my package, all they have is excuses, well if they’d actually ship from Australia like they advertise maybe it wouldn’t take over three weeks for delivery, the idiot this morning said it was going to be another week at least, incompetence at its finest

The support system is amazing, and i’m happy with my purchase of 2 item the other one i’m still to try as im shifting at the moment but the Hydrogen water bottle the benefit it awesome in fact i recommended you to my friend Jenny Zafir and she bought one yesterday thanks for the support system it’s working

I was excited to receive my 2 x HydroLab® 2.0 Hydrogen Water Bottle 420ml water bottles. I recommended them to several people and we all love our water. I feel more hydrated and I have felt health benefits like clear thinking, increased energy and wanting to hydrate myself. I was a bit impatient waiting for their arrival as I thought they were being sent from QLD where I live. I did reach out several times by email to get some feedback on shipment ETA and I did not receive a reply and there is no phone number to call. So when they finally arrived I was very happy.

I RECIEVED A DAMAGED BOTTLE AND HAVE BEEN SINCE THE 3/8/24 FOR A NEW ONE AND WHERE TO SEND THE DAMADGED ONE. IF I DONT HEAR FROM YOU EXCEPT THE EMAILS SAYING YOU SHALL CONTACT ME IN 72 HOURS WHICH IS A LIE I SHALL BE FORCED TO GO THE FAIR BURO
