Pure Grounding Avis 

This grounding sheet has made a massive difference to our quality of sleep! Customer satisfaction is high on Pure Grounding’s list of priorities and that is noticeable. My only complaint is that the double bed sheet is too big for our deep mattress, so it’s hard to keep nice and tight ( I loathe laying on creases).
It’s easy to wash, though if you have to tumble dry it, you need to do so on a low heat setting.

This sheet has been a God send. I had much pain due to an accident. The list of broken bones alone were longer than my arm. 40+ surgeries. 21 years of opiates. Got off all that and tried the sheet. It took two months of every day of at least 8 hours of bare skin on the sheet. My pain has significantly improved. I don't take any pain relievers and I feel better than I did with all that medicine!!The arthritis is greatly relieved from all those breaks. I am 69 years old and feel better than I have in 27 years. It was a gradual change of relief. I thought I was losing my mind. You cannot believe what this has done for me! My Dad as well has experienced relief. His back and knees are less painful. This is real! God given therapy. I could go on and on about it. I have told everyone I know about what it has done for me. I was on heavy doses of major opiates. Morphine, Oxycontin and Fentanyl for years. You have no idea what this has done for me. You have to give it time. It wasn't over night. It was gradual. Total of 2 months and I was a new person:) From literally head to tip of toe bone injury. Neck and back. Every bone in both feet was broken, crushed and some bones missing. It has been a little over a year. I use it every night and take when I travel . The best part is that it doesn't use electricity even though you plug it in. Let me do a commercial for you, LOL . Truly has been amazing and I thank God for this sheet. As far as I am concerned all elderly should have one. I think every one could benefit from time on this sheet. I getting one for my elderly dog:)!This is no joke real medicine. I saw a bit of negative comments on the site so I had to write. I would love to talk to these people. It flipping works for arthritis I had a ton from the broken bones. It's helped several areas of my body. This is no joke.

Purchased one of their queen/king sheets to try out thinking that their advertised 30 day money back guarantee was a good deal if the product didn’t work as advertised. Unfortunately I didn’t read the actual wording.
The 30 day guarantee ‘if you’re not satisfied with the product’ only applies if the sheet is in original condition/packaging and is unused! Unused!
How can I be satisfied with a product if I can’t use it in order to claim the guarantee of my money back?!
The logic doesn’t work. The sheet doesn’t work. Now I’m stuck with a $149.00 lemon and no way to recover the money I paid.
If you’re looking for a grounding sheet, look elsewhere.
Also, another fun fact. The trustpilot review score on their website is false as this page clearly shows. Rated higher than 4 on their website. This page shows a different metric altogether.
ACCC should be looking here I think.

Pure grounding have provided a refund acknowledging that the wording of their 30 Guarantee can be interpreted as something other than a ‘returns policy’.
They have been good to respond and resolve the issue.
I’ve updated the review ‘Star’ from 1 Star to 3 based on their response to my feedback.
As for the sheet, the experience hasn’t changed as I’m not feeling any benefit. It may work for others however it hasn’t worked for me.

Complete waste of money it's no better than any ordinary sheet except for the price absolutely NO USE

Well after an investigation by pure grounding it was a technical fault that my emails were not reaching them.
Since the follow up from them in the investigations they have fully refunded me and sent opologies!!
This was sorted very quickly and I am pleased.

Worst experience bought the queen king. It is so skinny I can’t even lay on it. It’s uncomfortable. The adapter was broken when it arrived. A new adapter was sent which the tracking was from China. Wish I had bought elsewhere as I wanted a king fitted sheet which I purchased before from another company. Did ask for a refund but that was ignored.

Doesn't work and 30 day try...it's a joke! 30 days to send it back in original package and not used. 🤔

This company can improve by being honest with their customers and learn what customer service actually means. Not a one stop shop to take your money, provide you with a faulty product, then never be available to resolve the issues. You'll believe it the first couple of times but months down the line and you're still receiving " we'll be with you in 48 hours". Not true. Another scam I believe.
Sorry, because on the surface they have a great product idea, sound marketing & appeal to health lovers everywhere. So sad that all the promises fail to materialise!

Absolutely love my queen grounding sheet and pillow case,
Never slept so well in my life, well not since I was a teenager, people say they don’t work but I think it depends on the person to be honest and this product has worked straight away for me from day 1 , no sleepless nights no stress and no waking up groggy and also my whole body has been feeling better
So me personally I highly recommend these items, if they don’t work straight away give them time and believe in it as grounding isn’t just about having the sheet and pillow case or the mat you have to psychologically believe in it too

When I first got the grounding sheet, I didn't fully understand how it worked. The agent pointed me to a video on the website and it made so much more sense. I kept using it and now I wouldn't go without it.

Purchased what I thought was a "sheet" and received a strip of cloth. I was waking several times a night to re-tuck it in as it bunched under me. Tried to exercise my 90 day guarantee but of course, it must be returned unused for the guarantee to be allowed. No help from the provider at all except to draw my attention to the "unused" condition and that measurements are around somewhere on the site. Such a shame because grounding works but with scammers/false advertisers like these it gives the rest a bad name.

Bought the mat been using it for 12 months and absolutely does nothing at all. Went away for a week and was in the same pain as when using the Mat. Save your money and not buy it.

This product did not work for me.

I purchased the grounding mat and grounding pillow case from Pure Grounding
I informed them within a month that it doesn’t work
Kai and Marie replied on different occasions that it sometimes take time to work
It’s been several weeks, the items are faulty. It doesn’t work.
I’ve emailed the company several times. I don’t want a refund but a replacement. They said that warranty is over a month, so no replacement for the faulty products. The items are very expensive . I’ve lost a lot of money for a faulty product. They don’t care about the customer. Don’t trust this company. Bad customer service. The customer is not the purpose of their business, but an interruption. That’s so sad

I received my grounding bedsheet it’s almost 3 weeks and have seen no change have been trying to contact them but absolutely no response, I am very disappointed with this product, and no one will get back to me. What a waste of my money and time. They are very quick to respond to positive feedback but not to negative feedback or even reply.
I purchased 2 of these grounding bedsheets and my friend was the one to have ordered.

I did finally receive the Continuity Tester on 12th September 2025 - Yayyyy! I expected it to take some time living in the UK.
But, I did not expect a nil response to 7 emails asking Pure Grounding if the item had been dispatched!?
No response at all.
However, I have received plenty of emails to my email address almost daily (since placing my order and subscribing) offering their products and discounts???
Very disappointed in their Customer Services, Customer Service!

So disappointed with their product,the sheet which resembles a table runner, slips down and rolls into itself.
No health benefits noticed what so ever.
The product looks cheap and nasty.
When I notified them they refuse a refund because of their policy we only refund if not used.
How is a consumer know if the
product is right without trying it!!!
I have reported this company.

I recently purchased a grounding mat. I’d never used one before and wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I’m pleased to say that the Pure Grounding mat has been a revelation!

I can feel the grounding as it’s happening and I’ve been having much, much better sleep than I would normally have.

I’m now looking to get a grounding sheet which I hope will be as good as the mat.

Avoid this company, they advertise money back guarantee, I used the sheet as did my daughter and wife for 3 weeks. No improvement, you only get up to 30 days on the money back guarantee!! Anyway, when approached for a refund, you can only email!!! (Red light!!) They just sent back a note saying you are entitled to your opinion. The other thing they said was the guarantee only applied to unopened, unused sheets!! To make the obvious clear, how CAN YOU TELL IF YOU ARE HAPPY, OR THE PRODUCT IS WORKING IF YOU DO NOT OPEN AND TRY THE PRODUCT????? I have made 2 reviews direct to the website with no reply. I have now sent 2 emails advising i want a refund. If no refund coming I will raise a dispute with Paypal, and pursue this matter through the ACCC. I would suspect there are many others with this view of this company, like most marketing these days you cannot always believe what you read, I suspect there may be many fake reviews, to use a word from the biggest "faker" of all!!
