“Australian” company bs- just a drop shipping scam, save yourself some money and get it from alibaba for the same product - postage takes ages as it’s from China, don’t bother. They sell you the Australian company speel but now I don’t want to drink from a bottle from China 🤮

Thank you Anna for your great customer service. Aramex lost my parcel and Anna had a new one sent out the same day. Received it 2 days later. Very happy with it.

Update on how crap this company is, it’s been a while since I recieved my refund from Afterpay as the company did not bother resolving the issue.

Yesterday I received a call from Jake the founder .. to try and rectify the companies image. I got a a whole bunch of excuses as to why everything was handled the way it was! Main objective was to get the review taken down, offered me a new steamer (which is the same off branded rubbish one I got) not the one advertised on the website or their instagram. Which I declined and was offered a bottle as well ( which was part of the package that I also never received) which I also declined. I expressed that I appreciated his efforts in trying to recover the companies image however I still stand by my review and will not be taking it down.

Furthermore as I declined to take down my review he proceeded to follow up with a message stating that if I didn’t return the item I will be charged for it again, this was not his tune yesterday when he was trying to get what he wanted and manipulate me into taking down my review.

another reason why you should not deal with this company and the cheap quality products that they sell.

Best believe I will now be following up with fair trade to have this dealt with as I had closed my case when I received the refund.

Okay, bear with me for the story. So I saw a lot of these Bottles floating around on Facebook. If I had seen just one, I would’ve bought the first one I saw however because I saw multiple I couldn’t help but think that some were different and there’s probably a better one out there. Every brand I saw on Facebook costed over $100 for the same bottle, But when I bought from this company, it was only 70. And then found out when I received the bottle that it had the filter built in that is supposed to be better for you. I’m only writing this with you because I couldn’t believe that I only paid $70 and it had the filter built where as other brands were charging almost twice the price and did not have the filter.
As for shipping, it didn’t take that long and I’m based in Australia.
Overall, very happy with it and I would recommend!

Purchased Hydrogen bottles from Exposure Lab. Initially follow up contact/customer service regarding the shipping of the products was slow, however I definitely received the bottles. Thank you for this and have been using them since. I also received follow up contact to confirm that the bottles had arrived; so all good. Thank you!
