Regina mumford
Regina mumford was the absolute nightmare from real estate to work with. she cant even keep track of what she does and doesnt do regarding repairs. then proceeds to charge you for it. she uses unprofessional forms of communication and is so nosey into everyones business. even management admits shes a nigthmare.
Only cares about bottom line and not real people
Working with this realty company has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve dealt with. They failed to notify me for over a month and a half that a commission payment from my tenant had been rejected. Instead of communicating the issue promptly like any competent business should, they allowed the situation to sit unresolved while time passed and the balance grew more stressful to address.
Then, after their own complete lack of timely communication, they are now expecting immediate payment while refusing to accept reasonable accommodations like payment plans or even credit card payments. Expecting clients to absorb the consequences of THEIR delay without offering any flexibility is unacceptable and incredibly poor business practice.
A professional company communicates financial issues immediately, works collaboratively toward solutions, and treats clients with basic respect. This company did none of those things. The experience felt disorganized, careless, and unnecessarily punitive.
If you value transparency, timely communication, and professional customer service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
as a buyer in Mar…
as a buyer in Mar Menor......unprofessional......only interested the comission they will get from you...(which is much more than any other agency........
Kev Exp wonderful
Kev was great in dealing with viewings and giving us feedback and keeping us in loop. Some agents send staff who have never seen property and never give us feedback. Kev went above and beyond and managed to get s sale which the big boys could not do.
Sketchy Selling Agent
Mary Newhouse is the realtor for a house we put a contract on. The house was never taken off the market. A red flag we missed was how urgent she wanted our due diligence money before we had an inspector look at the house. The inspector came back with 2 pages of warnings to include support beam bores, possible termites (mud tubes found in crawl space), and serious roof repair needed. The plumbing in the newly remodeled bathroom wasn't installed correctly. Sensibly, we backed out. Mary kept our check. We were the second to experience this fraud and financial loss. (Don't be fooled by the Bibles and Christian books staging the house.) The house was removed from listing and reposted within a day as NEW, with a price increase, and history erased. There are no disclosures of these legitimate issues in the contract. I feel like the issues are known to the sellers and agent, and they are waiting for someone less informed to buy the house and be stuck with it. We would never look at or buy a home that Mary lists.
I purchased a home through exp…
I purchased a home through exp real-state agent named Tavin Washington referred by Zillow during an extremely difficult time in my life, as my father was critically ill and nearing the end of his life. The agent was fully aware of my situation. He even spoke with my mother over FaceTime while she was at my father’s bedside, assuring her that I was “in good hands” and that he would take care of everything.
Because I could not leave my father, I trusted this agent to act in my best interest. I specifically asked him to handle the final walkthrough on my behalf, as I was unable to be there in person. Relying on his assurances, I proceeded with closing on the home.
Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced. I was convinced to pay approximately $35,000 over what the property was worth, and the home requires an estimated $30,000 in repairs—issues that should have been identified and disclosed during the final walkthrough. Within just 10 days of ownership, it became clear that the home’s actual value is significantly lower than what I paid.
To make matters worse, I returned home immediately after closing, only to find that my father had passed away. This entire situation unfolded during one of the most vulnerable and painful moments of my life.
I feel that the agent took advantage of my circumstances, my absence, and my trust. Instead of protecting my interests, he misled me and left me in a financially damaging position. I relied on his guidance in good faith, and I believe that trust was abused
A Nightmare for First-Time Sellers: Unprofessional, Negligent, and Predatory
If you are a seller or buying, stay as far away from Michelle Cordova and eXp Realty as possible. What started as a "kind" professional relationship turned into a complete disaster the moment our home hit the market.
Complete Negligence & Lack of Support:
Once the ink was dry on the contract, Michelle vanished. She showed up for exactly one open house. For every other showing, she sent "replacement" agents who were completely unvetted and knew absolutely nothing about our home. On one occasion, I drove by my own property to find an eXp agent sitting inside doing nothing—no signs in the yard, no marketing, nothing. When I called Michelle to report this, she was on vacation and made it clear she was prioritizing other clients over our listing.
Financial Deception:
As first-time sellers, we hired an "expert" to guide us. Instead, Michelle blindsided us. She failed to disclose that we would be responsible for the buyer’s agent commission and hid numerous other closing costs from us until the very end. We felt misled and financially trapped.
Abusive Communication & Extortion:
When we grew concerned about these hidden fees and suggested taking the house off the market to regroup, Michelle’s "kind" persona evaporated. She became incredibly rude, unprofessional, and "snarky" toward my wife and me. Rather than acting as a consultant, she effectively quit on us and immediately demanded a $1,400 "exit fee" just to release us from the contract. It felt like we were being shook down for money after she failed to do her job.
Unprofessional Exit:
Even after we fired her, the harassment continued. We placed her sign out front for her third-party vendor to collect. When they failed to see it during a drive-by, Michelle immediately began threatening us with even more charges for the cost of the sign. The moment I cited the specific terms of our contract back to her, she went silent.
This team is only after a commission check. They do not care about your home, your family, or the truth. Selling a home is a major life event, and Michelle Cordova turned ours into a traumatic experience. Avoid at all costs.
Avoid at all costs
Crystal and Colleen basically failed at finding me a home. Very unprofessional. They are only interested in their own commissions.
Experiencia poco profesional
Experiencia poco profesional.
Lack of communication, unanswered questions, unprofessionalism
During my search for our family house I had reached out to Ext Real Estate and I was recommended to look at a house in Quispamsis . I will say the communication was absolutely terrible and the service was unprofessional. Calls not returned from the Ext Real Estate manager as well as the agent. I finally got an email back from the agent when I stated I was going to the Real estate Association for help. I’m still stuck with unanswered questions. I will say that the financials went well, but when it came to questions and concerns about the details of the house the communication went silent. I hope this review is a help for anyone thinking about working with Ext Real Estate, especially the Kennebecasis area.

Horrible experiencia
Horrible experiencia.
Total, elegid cualquier otro lugar.
-1000 recomendado.
These people are shady …
These people are shady I sent a request through the website about a property they had for sale. The lady called me back left a message because I was at work and then proceeded to ignore my phone calls after. My husband called the guy listed as the sellar on the for sale sign he basically told us you don't want to buy that house weird right!? He sent us videos of the house after my husband finally persuaded him. The house is a mess I knew that knowing the history of the house and needs some work but we still wantes to see it. So we get passed of to a third person who has no clue what town the house he is selling is in and has never even stepped foot on the property so he has no clue and couldn't believe we had videos of his property from his coworker. He started with it won't qualify for low income financing which we didn't even mention and that he wants 34,000 down and we could pay the rest in cash um no that sounds suspicious. We asked if we could view the house and he said I have 2 appointments and hung up on us and nobody has reached out since so I guess we will keep looking! I definitely do not recommend using this company they are shady and clueless!
Wanting to view properties in my area
Wanting to view properties in my area, I been emailing calling but noone ever gets back, what is wrong with these people. Seller are putting there hopes on these people and from what I gathered exp don't seem to care
Lack of Support and Professionalism
I had a disappointing experience with agent Khesrow Nader from this company. Throughout the process, I found him to be unhelpful and more focused on securing his commission than supporting the client. His knowledge of real estate and property matters appeared limited, and he did not assist me when issues arose with my new home’s appliances and other finishes.
I caution anyone considering working with this agent or company to carefully evaluate their level of support and client service before proceeding.
Scam

Too bad there’s no option for zero…
Too bad there’s no option for zero stars. The Realter I contacted basically said she was too busy when I inquired about viewing a property that she was the listing agent on, ridiculous. I’ll go out of my way to never use our contact this company again.
