Mi experiencia con eXp Realty ha sido muy positiva de principio a fin, la verdad. Desde el primer contacto sentí que no había prisas por cerrar la operación, sino un interés real por entender mi situación y lo que estaba buscando.

Proceso claro, bien explicado por parte del agentee y con un acompañamiento constante en cada paso. Valoro especialmente la transparencia, el criterio profesional y la sensación de estar tomando decisiones informadas en todo momento. No se trata solo de vender una vivienda, sino de hacerlo con seguridad.

Destaco también el conocimiento del mercado local, la capacidad de anticiparse a posibles problemas y la forma de trabajar, seria y ordenada (en este caso de Fede de Valladolid). Todo eso genera confianza, que para mí es clave en una decisión tan importante.

Sin duda, recomendaría eXp Realty a cualquier persona que quiera afrontar una operación inmobiliaria con tranquilidad, buen asesoramiento y un enfoque verdaderamente profesional.

After searching on our own for a place in a specific area, we crossed paths with Christo de Wet of eXp Realty South Africa. We walked a road with him, after viewing and/or reviewing various options, we found our own place and knew right away. Christo gets to know his clients, their preferences and dislikes, and gives his expert advice and input. Christo, thank you for your dedication and hard work you put into getting us what we, not only needed, but also wanted! I recommend anyone looking for a place in the Hartebeespoort area to get in contact with Christo.

She/they will Spam you to death!! My place was on the market with a different agent for a number of months but nothing is moving so I decided to take it off the market and wait until things improve. Within hours I started receiving Spam texts and then phone calls from this person/agency. Within about 3 or 4 days I have received 5 contact calls/texts from them.

Unfortunately Exp hosts sellers who have no intention of selling up. Wasting everyone's time and effort to pull out and decide not to sell upon offering the asking price. Very disappointing.

The company has a 888# and the agent does not even have their phone # to call them directly from the MLS#. I called the 888# and then it sent me to a different agent that told me they would call me, but never did. I asked if they could get me the agent's # for the listing and so far... nothing. Horrible customer service..

Poor Communication
I couldn’t believe how unprofessional eXp Realty was. They lied to me, pressured me to sign, and then completely stopped answering calls afterward. Do not waste your time or money with them. Their communication is extremely poor.

They are not helpful and didn't respond to your emails and phone calls

Hemos tenido una experiencia muy positiva con la compra de un inmueble. Nos han atendido con mucha profesionalidad y han estado atentos durante todo el proceso. Muy recomendable!

The Agent Tracie Cleps EXP Realty , from Mckinleyville , Ca. hired me to change the locks and hang a lockbox at 154 Beach Rd. 95589. I was mislead , and taken advantage of financially. I was never paid for the work or the materials. I intend to file a suit for the full summer aplicable by law , against the individual , and the parent company.

the worst place to work at as an agent ... I went in by the guidance of Micheal Duggal and promised so much leads and plans for you and then they left you in looming for yourself...never ever trust MICHEAL DUGGAL specially in canda... I do not recommend this company neither Micheal Duggal unless you want put yourself in trouble

For a company who sell houses for other people. They are in no hurry to answer the phone, Call people back or accept offers on houses thats been likes 200 days. Why even post your client houses? If you can not answer the phone at least put your email on the house post you are selling

Alquilamos entre 3 estudiantes un piso en barcelona, el julio del 2023 y fue todo una horrible experiencia. Debo decir que al entrar, nos prometieron una limpieza exhaustiva del piso, ya que estaba echo un asco, pero evidentemente nada de eso paso, vivimos 11 meses con hongos NEGROS en las paredes, puertas sin cerrar, ducha sin cerrar correctamente, bomba de calor y frio goteando, con problemas con los vecinos porque les goteaba de nuestro piso y todo esto evidentemente tanto la Nancy de exp realty como la propietaria del piso lo sabian y no hicieron absolutamente nada. Al final del contrato, no se nos devolvio ni la fianza entera por no haber dejado el piso en las mismas condiciones que se entrego, cuando si eso fuese verdad, no harian ni un paso por la basura pegadiza que habia en el suelo. Nosotras dejamos el piso en condiciones, evidentemente hubo cosas que por el uso diario se veian usadas, pero nada fuera de lo normal. Pero en el momento de devolver la fianza, nos empezaron a decir cuanto dinero costaba cada "limpieza" sin en ningun momento enseñar la factura de la misma. Una perdida total de energia, tiempo, saliva y ganas de vivir al tratar con esta escoria de personas, piratas que solo van a por el dinero. No le recomiendo a nadie hacer negocios con exp realty y aun menos con la señora Nancy.

Experiencia malissima; gente incompetente; solo ven sus intereses y no cuidan nada el cliente; solo les interesa la comision; Huya ; no vale la pena perder su tiempo.

Realtor REBECCA NEDELKA... beware. She will provide fake documents to sell the property. Very dishonest, very disrespectful and unprofessional. She shows up in sleepers to show the property, curses in her emails, has a disagreement with the lender, and calls me a liar.
You must do your own diligence on everything. You cannot believe anything she says or any documents she provides. When I asked yo talk to her broker, she was refusing and fighting me. After she talked to her brokers told them lies, both brokers believed her.
After my loan was denied because she provided fake documents she assigned EMD to the seller.
I have filed a complaint on her with licencing and RE association.

Really bad first communication with Aneli Bardenhorst selling a home in Kaapsehoop in Mpumalanga South Africa. I live several hours away from this village and asked to know the exact address of this property in the village before deciding to travel a long distance to view it. She refused to provide the address saying it is on the edge of the village. It is a very small village so saying it is on the edge is not informative as half the houses are on the edge. It seems like Aneli isn't interested in selling houses and needs some more people skills. Due to distance, I would need to know the address and be able to check out it's exact location on the map before deciding to view it.

During your lifetime if you have had the good fortune to own a home, there are key things to consider when selling. Trust me when I say an intelligent, diligent, knowledgeable, honest, hard working real estate agent is crucial. When selling do your research, interview a few and find out how dedicated they are at working for you. Pick the wrong realtor or agency and you end up in a 'pickle' possibly losing money, disrupting your life, and causing undue stress, to name a few!
Using an agent from this agency turned into 'what could go wrong..did'. One bad piece of advice cost 5 weeks of the house not being shown, losing out on a sale and purchase, waste-of-time showings, taking 3 steps back and so on. Do I blame the agency...well yes and no..the brokerage company should be aware of who they have working for them and responsible for what advice they are providing but the largest part is on the agent themselves. Is there recourse...sure fire the agent and take 5 steps back instead of 3...a real conundrum. It's sad because at the end of the process this realtor still gets their thousands of dollars when the house sells and doesn't really care the seller lost money and time
Bottom line..it's not all about amazing pictures, and pretty signs. It's about advising clients with expert advice, and steering them in the right direction. Ask questions...lots of them. Would I recommend this agency or the agent hired? What do you think my answer would be?

periencia con esta inmobiliaria ha sido simplemente desastrosa, principalmente por culpa del vendedor (placido) encargado del piso que fui a visitar. Desde el primer momento, la actitud del vendedor fue despectiva, arrogante y completamente irrespetuosa. No solo mostró cero interés en escuchar nuestras preguntas, sino que además se dedicó a menospreciarnos cada vez que intentábamos plantear nuestras dudas sobre el estado del inmueble o las condiciones de venta.

A lo largo de la visita, su tono era condescendiente y su lenguaje corporal dejaba claro que no quería estar ahí. Actuaba como si nos estuviera haciendo un favor, cuando en realidad nosotros éramos los posibles compradores. Este tipo de trato es absolutamente inaceptable, especialmente en una industria donde la profesionalidad y el respeto deberían ser la base.

No recomendaría esta inmobiliaria a nadie mientras sigan contratando personas con tan poca empatía y carencia de habilidades sociales. Si buscan un lugar donde los traten con dignidad, sigan buscando. Aquí, el cliente parece ser lo menos importante.

Sean Curtin from exp Realty took a potentially buyer through our home when we were selling it last month. The buyer destroyed the blinds on one of our windows, causing enough damage that an entirely new set of blinds had to be installed. Mr. Curtin did not notify us of this, and when it was brought to his attention, did not even acknowledge anything had happened. No offer to help fix the blinds, no apology, not even a reply. Apparently they’re totally cool with letting people break stuff in others’ homes and let someone else pay for the damage. I would not recommend this realtor or this company to anyone.
