I’ve used express for years and have…
I’ve used express for years and have never had any issues. Things always come up that’s par for the course with mortgages but it’s how it’s dealt with that matters. Amy has dealt with this mortgage for us and has honestly been a cut above. Keeping us up to date. Even when there’s no update an email to say she’s been checking in with the mortgage company but there is no update as of yet.
Brilliant work! & as usual we will be back very shortly.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Natalie and her team for my remortgage deal done from applying to complete within a short timeframe literally about 2 weeks.
I was frustrated and panicked when my EMI jumped from £565 to £1,752 after the end of 2 year fixed rate. I applied through even a giant online mortgage broker but after 2 months they let me down.
I was in a precarious situation and turned to Natalie and she managed to complete my remortgage with a competitive rate. I wish Natalie and her team every success in the future.

cannot praise the staff enough we had a rough time moving home after 3 properties pulled out part way through the sale and the team at express mortgages sorted a new mortgage for us each time.
nothing was to much work for them and they were very quick to come back to me with new figures and kept in touch frequently.

This is my first dealing with Express Mortgages after a recommendation and they have been nothing short of fantastic.
They assisted with a commercial unit purchase and everyone involved has been absolutely incredible and really informative thoroughout the whole process, especially Emma at the start and Emily who was my case manager. I couldn’t ask for any more and their service has genuinely exceeded my expectations on all fronts!

Excellent Service!!!
This was the first time that I've used Express Mortgages and this will now be my go to broker. My Case Manager was Vicky Riley and she was brilliant!!! She simplified the whole process, was super efficient and was in touch throughout the whole process. An excellent service throughout and I look forward to working with Express Mortgages again soon.
