Oliver arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently. The ovens are sparkling.

Was kept up to date at every stage of booking and progress, and given reminder calls and a text. Guy who cleaned oven was polite, chatty and thorough.

I was offered a cancellation slot for just an oven only today. I accepted on the proviso that the technician arrived by 2:30 & was gone by 3:45 at latest as I had a hospital appt. 3 times I clarified & confirmed this with the lady who called me. The technician arrived at 3pm & I had to ask her to leave at 4! Really late for my appt and had to clean the mess on my kitchen floor myself after I got home. The technician had started to do it but I couldn't wait any longer. Not happy. This was my first visit since the last technician 'cleaned" my washing machine in Dec resulting in my washing being ruined on the next wash because he had mucked up! My oven is clean but starting to wonder if it's worth the stress.

They made an excellent job. The guy was very friendly. Good job done. Thankyou.
