I was in the market for an eco battery lithium setup and when my local dealer couldn’t find the time to call me back I ordered from Extreme Kartz and had it shipped to my door in just a few days. Super easy process and now my older precedent has some new life to it. I will be using Extreme Kartz for my future gold cart upgrades.

If I could give less than one star I would, for Jordans customer service. Now I ordered a battery gauge. I wanted a kit that had the gauge and all the needed wire to connect it. Instead of just ordering, I called. I spoke with Ryan who assured me it came with the harness/wires that was needed to connect it. If it didn't then call him back and he would fix it. It didn't come with any wire. So I called back to get the order fixed. But I kept getting excuses for no wiring. I received a call from Jordan who proceeded to tell me it didn't come with wire and I should just run out and buy some wire and he would credit me 30 bucks or refund my order for me after he tracked down the recorded phone call I had with Ryan to prove I wasn't lying about Ryan telling me he knew it came with the wire/harness and if not he would fix it.
I didn't want to run all over the place picking up pieces to make it work. That's why I called, so to make sure I got what I needed to begin with. This guy is a joke! I paid for a complete kit, not part of one. And if I had wanted to run around picking up pieces then I wouldn't have ordered from Extreme Kartz to begin with.
Order at your own risk, calling first before you oreder obviously dosen't make any difference on the part that ends up shipping to you and it sure won't guarantee quailty customer service.

Very rude and unhelpful in dealing with product support for battery they sold. They use the excuse that it was bought before the new owner took over so "We don't care" about your issues. This is a direct quote from the person who claims to be in charge there.

I messed up my own order. They caught it, reached out quickly, and even gave me suggestions on what would be best for my cart. Really impressed. I will use Extreme Kartz again.
Extreme carts sent me a lift kit that was damaged and missing parts. They respond quickly to emails but take no action after that. I have had my golf cart in pieces for 3 months waiting for them to ship me the correct parts. Do not use this company.
Unprofessional company. Ordered a important part, they waited days then ask them to call me before processing the order. We all have been ordering items online for a long time now. It a simple process, you order and they process and ship. This company wasted my time, then says they will process the orders days after I place the order then immeditly cancels and refunds my money because I asked them to expedite the shipping because it was an emergency. What a terrible way to do business for a business that all they do is online orders. They dont carry any products and only drop ship. Stay away!

Trying to reach someone in customer service is not fruitful we ordered a $2800 battery only to receive a plug. Someone please contact us to resolve this issue and I will update my rating.
Bought the Navitas 600 amp, and 5k engine swap kit my 2010 Club Car Precedent. Prior to kit installation my cart had a max speed of 17mph. After installation of kit, my top speed is 33 mph, nearly a 100% improvement.
Support from Ryan Hart was excellent.
Instructions are weak. But with a video on Navitas’s website, I was able to complete the install with a minimal amount of wasted time.
Extreme Karts - I would buy from them again. Worthy of 5 star rating.

Ryan was great ! Couldn't have asked for better customer service!! He was very well spoken and very professional! Felt like I was talking to a friend ! Very friendly and straight to the point ! rear seat kit, grab rail, and seat covers all arrived as advertised. Decal had peeled off of the drivers side rear seat frame, but wasn't that big of a deal to me. Might want to order the seat belt kit, but I'm gonna wait and see how I like it with out for a season.
