There are so many choices when purchasing accessories for golf carts. In my case, I purchased an old DS cart with the intention of rebuilding it from the ground up. Appreciated working with both Ryan and Jordan. Ordering battery bundle went smoothly. Significant delivery problem with Fed Ex, battery was lost during shipping. Ryan was very responsive in assisting in contacting FedEx. After approximately three weeks battery was located at initial distribution center, during this frustrating time Ryan was was in contact with me and supportive. Finally shipment was located and ultimately delivered

Their prices are really good, and they only seem to carry quality stuff. I placed an order one evening and included a request to verify I'd ordered the correct part. First thing the next morning Ryan called me, and the correct parts were on the way same day.

The price was very competitive with other companies. The conversion kit for my cart was top of the line. I had zero problems swapping the lead batteries out. The staff was very helpful in answering all my questions about the install kit that I was looking at buying. After install the cart performance is amazing and it is everything I have hoped it would be. Now will have to wait and see what the long term uses will be.
