I wanted to buy a pair of ski goggles with precription lenses but they had no stock remaining so instead I was taken through the range of Oakley sunglasses that would take prescription lenses. There were many different types and lens colours and the assistant took her time to explain these and research options. I ordered a pair and received them will within advised 10 day turnaround period. Have just come from the ski trip and the glasses worked really well.

Brian Ellis and Alan Thompson, together with their team, most of whom have been there forever, have been for years and still are the "go to" opticians in the area. Their expertise and friendly attitude which percolates through all their co-workers is so refreshing in an age when service with courtesy is often hard to find.

Having been a previous very satisfied customer at the Windsor branch, I was very pleased to see a branch open in Banstead. I'm pleased to report the same excellent service prevails.

I live in Banstead and I'm really pleased I chose this opticians. They have an excellent range of frames many of which I haven't seen elsewhere.
However what sets them apart is the level of customer service. Very friendly, relaxed and not pushy. Most important of all was the time and trouble taken in getting precise measurements to ensure a good fit and optimum performance, in fifty years of buying glasses I have never seen such attention to detail. Finally the glasses arrived in one week well ahead of the originally quoted delivery time.

I've been coming to the eye academy for the best part of 10 years and they've never let me down. From making me a pair of glasses in an hour so I could drive back to work when they discovered an abscess on my eye which meant I couldn't use my contact lenses to ressuring my 3 year old through her first eye test I've always felt I'm in excellent hands. I live in China now, but still make a point of having a thorough check up here when I'm back visiting family as I trust them over any other optician.

A wonderful receptionist, a professional and friendly optician and the best person - Mark. What an asset he is to the company - he knew exactly what glasses would suit me and this was my first time. I came in for one pair of glasses and bought three!
My only complaint was the very noisy receptionist, who complained about a client on the phone and other matters. We should not have to listen to this - very inappropriate and lets down an otherwise excellent optician.

Thorough eye test and a first class service you can trust. Mark, stands out as someone who goes above and beyond, warranting special mention.

I have used the Cobham, Surrey brancho for many years. It is with great trust that I would recommend them. The very accurate prescriptions are always perfect. And, if you have problems (like losing a contact lens while abroad ) they will make an effort to get a new one to you, pronto.
I would never go elsewhere. Love my latest frames !

I have been trying for the last 10 years to get a pair of occupational specs with now avail. I've tried 4 other opticians, non of them could get the lenses
correct. The Eye Academy got it right first time! They take their time to find out exactly what you want, nothing is too much trouble. Very pleased.
